Only 15 minutes by foot from old town. Nice and helpful staff. I've paid less for a room at other hotels with same standard, but it was ok. |

Well, it was a brillant hostel, well located... the room was clean and comfortable with TV as well... The staff very friendly and helpfull... and we did enjoy the breakfast every morning... In average, I would say it was brillant =) Could be a bit better organised for the breakfast... very good idea the self cleaning process... but leaving the dish next to the sink, might not be the best... but we did sort it out... |

Clean, economical, close to all tourist sites and restaurants/supermarkets. The staffwere very helpful and friendly and the amenities were modern and clean. Highly recommended A+++ |

The comfort of the hotel,very close to the town centre,good location for buses and tranvia, quite area,very kind staff helping for everything we need,beautiful and clean room and bathroom like a 3 star hotel,lovely breakfast and dinning area,excellent price for a Hostel. Zentrum nah, man kann sich in der Küche Kaffee und Tee kochen, es gibt eine Kochplatte, Geschirr und Töpfe sind da, Internetanschluss (!), Kühlschrank in der Küche. Laut! Eine Hauptverkehrsstraße ist in der Nähe und der Lärm von Straßenbahnen und Autos hört man im Zimmer sehr. Wir waren im Zimmer 17 in der Nähe von der Küche, leider waren am Wochenende viele Engländer (Männergruppe), sie kamen um 1 ins Hostel und haben in der Küche gebrüllt, geraucht (obwohl es verboten ist). Ich konnte 2 Nächte nicht schlafen, habe mich an der Reception beschwert, danach war es ruhig. |

Absolutamente nada Todo. Primero no nos hicieron la cama ningún día, segundo tampoco limpiaron la habitación ni el cuarto de baño, tercero, el desayuno era en una cocina donde no había sillas para todos, si llegavas a las 8:00 te quedabas desayudando de pie, tercero carísimo, creemos que por 45 Euros la noche se podían haber dignado en limpiar el baño y hacernos la cama. Ah! Tampoco había toalla en el baño.Resumiendo una autentica vergüenza de hostel. |

Možnost kávy a čaje po celý den, klidné ubytování blízko centra, dostupná cena, díky návěštím po dél cesty snadno k nalezení, pokud pojedu ještě někdy do krakova, ráda se tu opět ubytuji |

Le personnel jeune est aimable et bienveillant. Le lieu permet d'être sensibilisé à l'histoire dramatique de cette ville du fait que l'hôtel (bien restauré et pas sinistre !) est situé au 3ème étage de l'ancien immeuble siège de la Gestapo, avec son musée directement accessible au sous-sol... Ambiance d'époque assurée si on prend les escaliers au lieu de l'ascenseur, mais ici le souvenir doit l'emporter sur notre confort ! Pour moi, ceci fut donc une expérience très enrichissante... Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont bruyantes si on doit laisser la fenêtre entr'ouverte... Certaines chambres sont plutôt étroites. Le petit déjeuner en self-service pose problème : 1 journée pour bien comprendre comment çà fonctionne, et par manque de place dans cette pièce commune sous-dimensionnée, il faut attendre aux heures de pointe... Quelques tabourets à la place des grosses chaises... Ou le sacrifice de la chambre voisine seraient les bienvenus ! |

Sauberkeit des Zimmers.Freundlichkeit des Personals.Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Krakau.Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Strassenbahn. Die Hotelansicht von aussen und der Eingangsbereich lässt den Gedanken an Flucht aufkommen. Das muss man wegstecken und durchhalten.Die Hoteletage selbst ist dann wieder o.k.. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumal beim gleichzeitigen Aufenthalt von Grossfamilien mit dicken, ewig hungrigen Kindern. Das Hotel selbst kann natürlich nichts dafür.Vielleicht hatten wir da nur einfach Pech! |

Příjemná úvodní komunikace s lidmi na recepci. Nezvládnuté zajištěí snídaně. Přišli jsme do kuchyňky na snídani cca 15 minut po 8, kdy se oficiálně snídaně začíná podávat, nebylo připravené pečivo, dostatek másla, sýrů, kávy..... Na druhou stranu po upozornění jednoho z klientů hotelu, velmi rychle pracovnice vše zajistila. |
