Ptak Hotel  

Super ! Was including dinner in the room's rate! Was close to the center and the sightseeings!Parking was free beside the hotel! Hotel room is big, clean and stuff friendly and helpfull! Real value for money !

I liked the receptionist Patricia. I felt the cost was too high for the standard of the rooms. The food was mediocre and heavy. I found several hotels for less which offered better standards. The location was not bad, but there was a depressing atmosphere about closed shops, locked shops, old soviet style ennui attitude at many places and I missed the niceness of the Polish people. Once I got to a big hotel, things changed and it was lovely; food, staff, atmosphere. However, one can sense the economic downturn there and thank God it was sunny as in the greyness it would be misery. As in other E European countries you have the old guard, the older people who remember the terrible past and are imbued with that misere.... poor things. I thought my money would buy me a little better, but I would not go back I'm afraid. Sometimes a budget place is just too awful.... but was that budget? Who knows. I won't be doing a survey. And take some fresh food as the stodge of the perennial dumplings and grease can be nauseating. What a great shame. I left early. I thought UK plc was finished, but can see the appeal it must still have for those poor Poles (who incidentally smoke a lot - the thousands of ciggies bought at duty free was astonishing). The Ptak was a strange place, not without quaintness or quirkiness, but a different world....

Hotel was small and quiet but this suited us. It was a little out of the centre but ok if u dont mind walking. It was good value for the money and the food was excellent.

The design, the atmosphere, the area.

Very close to Wroclaw (Nadordze) rail station, also not too far from historic centre.

This Hotel, although a bit out of the centre, was easily accessed by trams/buses. There is a depot just round the corner at Dworzec Nadodrze, where you can get a bus/tram to most parts of the City. The staff did not speak much English, although made every effort to communicate cheerfully, and most of all were very friendly and helpful to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, as was the set dinner that was included in the price. The food was of excellent quality, the soups were delicious. The room was comfortable, with a balcony, although facing the street was quite noisy, but it is in a City after all! Overall a very good hotel, with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We felt like 'guests' not just 'customers'. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing that really spoiled our trip, just niggles like not enough information in English in our room re Hotel Services. Would have liked Tea/Coffee making facility.

Breakfast and dinner were provided (inclusive). There was a bar if you wanted a nightcap. Lift within the hotel. Traditional decor well maintained would recommend to short stay visitors.

Wszystko.......mila obsługa.....znakomity personel........zajebisty właściciel.....super kuchnia........polecam !!!!!

Het hele hotel ziet er mooi, netjes en schoon uit, goed en groot bed, vriendelijk personeel.

300 m dalla stazione Nadodrze. Internet in camera funziona bene

La tenda in camera non riesce a oscurare bene così che entra la luce dalla strada

Dość duże pokoje, miły, choć mało profesjonalny personel, dobre śniadania, jak na niedrogi hotel.

Mikroskopijne łazienki ( mieszkałam w dwóch pokojach I w obu było tak samo) I gwóźdź programu: toaleta... Stojąca pod prysznicem, bo nie było więcej miejsca w łazience. Kuriozum. Po kąpieli muszla klozetowa I podłoga wokół - zalane wodą I konieczność wejścia do wody, jeśli chciało się z niej skorzystać. Masakra! Parking na nieoświetlonym strasznym podwórzu - same dziury! Obiadokolacja chyba z puszek? Wstrętna.
