В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания

При размещении всех детей младше 7 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается PLN 130,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

We loved the fact that there was only 7 rooms, it was so quiet and peaceful. You could not hear anything from any other rooms. Breakfast was beautiful and the dining room so cosy. everything was lovely and clean. |

The staff were just fantastic: nothing was too much and they were so friendly - the best I have come across in many years. The stairs: but we new there was no lift but it was no joke. |

Excellent location a short walk to the main square and the main tourist area. Room located on second floor, two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom.Lovely decor and furniture fitting in with the features of the building Took a travel kettle but not required supplied kettle with tea coffee etc.Breakfast is taken in the basement cellar with excellent array of cold buffet and cereal.This hotel is a little gem,we made very welcome by the staff and enjoyed our stay. Already have recommended the hotel to friends who have asked for the brochure and e mail address |

The hotel is full of period charm and character. Bedrooms are extremely spacious with very attractive decor and furnishings - much more appealing than the usual bland 'sameness' of so many hotels. Location of hotel is fantastic - minutes from the old part of the city yet very secluded and quiet. Staff are great - friendly and helpful at all times. |

The location was excellent(Very close to the Charles Bridge). Restaurants close by. Parking available. Air conditioned rooms. We had a view of the castle from our second floor room. Would highly reccomend. |

Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Interesting decor. The heated mirror in shower was very good and mirror didn't steam. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast first rate. Absolutely lovely stay. |

The room was very large and well decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was great! I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to others. |

very good location - in the heart of Kraków, but far enough from the noisy "clubs" streets; fancy decoration of the room; prices should be 20% lower to fit the actual hotel standard (**); couch in the living room (Mrs. Walewska apartament) does not make a good enough place for sleeping, as it was supposed to |

Before we arrived, I was in regular contact with Anna, a receptionist, who was helping my daughter's school choir to find a church to sing in, and I'm unsure of the other receptionist, but she also exceded the simple requests we asked of her. In general, ALL staff, performed their duties quietly and with dignity always ready to help if necessary. It may look tiny from the outside, but the hotel including the rooms are huge, once inside and we were lucky to have an appartment, which was lovely. We only stayed 4 nights, the reason for our visit was to see our daughter's school choir sing, but I fell in love with Krakow too. We'll return possibly in the winter. We loved everything about Krakow, especially the Square and side streets. Nothing at all, although my husband would probably say he was too hot at night to sleep - although he slept like a baby! |

Very charming hotel. It is a Historical hotel in Krakow next to Castle Pugetow. It is located very near the city square. Definitely recommend!! The restaurant attached, Il Calzone, although not the same owners has good relations with Hotel Pugetow and allows you to take food, dishes to your room. Very convenient with Excellent food. |

The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They upgraded us to a suite because it was our anniversary and had a special vase of flowers and a note celebrating the occasion. An intimate and welcoming place. |

The place is a little gem, looks quite small on the outside, but a tardis on the insid. We had room 4 which was lovley, with a large sitiing room, immaculatley clean. The staff could not be more helpful, and the dinning room in the cellar had so much style. The breakfast had a lot of choice. Cant wait to go back |

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless & so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived & they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him. Nice continental breakfast in the morning too, everything fresh & of a really good quality & a good coffee. |
