Good parking facility's , all staff members were very polite and attentive . Would most definitely recommend .

This is how a hotel should be. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is hard to beat. Almost 5 star service for a 3 star price. Everything worked, everything was modern and clean. Staff were impeccable. The included breakfast was awesome. Stay here just to see how it should be done!

Hotel room was cold, restaurant staff slow.

The Hotel is very goog, rooms are clean, the service was great, staff is very nice and helpfull

The restaurant and bar are closed at 22 so for late arrivals it's not the best

The matress was too soft. Temperature was low in the room.

Upset that when booking a room (we had a few families with children), it was confirmed all the rooms. But on arrival one family (2 adults and children) were placed in a double room without an extra bed for a child. This situation was resolved on the spot. But it was unpleasant.

We like modern room..size is rather enough for two people...There was a seat in the room..It was really comfortable..Heating was very good in the cold night..There was a small kitchen and kettle we use often...Also bathroom was really good...There is a kfc in front of hotel..It is good for families with children..

We didnot like the room view..It was in the back side although we said we wanted to have front site view while booking..They did not inform us that they would not give us a front room..when we arrived they realized that they didnot read our wishes in our booking.But did not change our rooms..Because types of all rooms we chose have back side view..Only busines rooms see the front view..Also they didnot accept euro..

I was surprised, looks like a 4 starts hotel (space, cleaning,..), very good

I didn't find anything negative, only that the breakfast hasn't a big selection

Very good breakfast, big and clean room

INTERNET connection was slow and has stopped many times, Room heating was set to a minimum and was cold for tree hours after setting heat up. Maid entered the room without knocking at 9 am.

It was 6 th time there and I will use this hotel again and again.

Great stylish and very large rooms with mini-kitchen, perfect bathroom and private underground parking. Friendly staff (even at 1 o'clock in the night :)) and good breakfast. All-new hotel (only 1 year old) - definitely worth a visit!

Temperature outside was harsh (-18 c) and internal heaters were very weak: it was a bit cold in the rooms.

Mine was just a short stay but I was super satisfied with facility and staff.

With the transport system in Warsaw being so good the location of this hotel provides great quality accomodation at great value.

There was nothing to critcise about the hotel itself but better guidance for travellers using public transport would be extremely useful when considering booking E.G. nearest bus stops and their names and how to get to the nearest Metro station by bus/tram or walking. Maybe a link to google maps.

Standard twin room was excellent, with kitchen and spaces sitting area.

Parking space at extra charge of 40 plz (not mentioned on booking.com). Remote location.

The staff is very very friendly - everyone is very nice and very professional.
