There is everything you need Very comfortable bed Modern interior design Helpful staff
Staff very helpful and friendly Very modern clean well organised and maintained to an excellent standard I will definately recommend to my work colleagues.
Nothing it was all good
Very good location Efficient check-in and easy access Breakfast is complete and with a good quality Bed quality is perfect for a nice rest Lot of technology inside the room to control lights, TV etc...
Dinner is a bit expensive compared to the prices that you can have in the city
Bed was really comfortable, the room was clean (but a bit small as for a 'deluxe room').
Room was really small, I've had expected something bigger, as it was a 'deluxe' room. Room was equipped with a kettle and little fridge, yet both did not work. The AC was really loud and it was pretty hard to sleep under it, because of the noise. The design itself is nice and modern, although the fully glassed shower would be a great idea only if the glass walls would turn somehow opaque on demand. I really did not like the curtain to separate the shower. Towels were clean but smelled of some kind of dry cleaning solvent. For the price I would really expect more.
i liked the modern style and the location
they put normal tablets as controller on the walls and there is a camera included. i don't like the idea of that. a good idea would be to hide this camera with some plastic.
The hotel is excellent and very close to the main square. Perfect for a short break
Great location, clean rooms with an interesting design, innovative concept.
Strange automatic light system, which failed a couple of times. The lights were turning off in case of not moving rapidly. Transparent bathroom walls made my husband feel a bit awkward.
No kettle in the room at all. Did not change the bedding everyday. Rooms where too Small. Very hot in the room.
Great location. Very quite.
Nice hotel. Clever IT-features like check out from the room. Weird bathroom in glass which is refreshingly different.
Terrible to find a way to the Hotel due to road work everywhere around the Hotel. Very narrow parking cellar.
Everything about this hotel is fantastic, from the high tech rooms with touch screen controls to under floor heating, to the delicious food for an amazing price of around £15 for a 3 course meal!! To the helpful and honest staff (I had stupidly left my tablet in my room on checking out and when I realised and returned 2 hours later it had been placed safely in a drawer on reception! ) I can not fault this hotel in any way. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
There is nothing I disliked.
The bed is amazing. Really comfortable. The location is great and the are as well. The overall privacy you have in the hotel is great. The rooms are really silent and you can enjoy your stay. The view of Podwale with the snow is really nice and romantic.
The cleaning stuff should take check if the towels are on the floor and exchange them but overall the rooms are clean and tidy, but at least towels on the floor should be changed every day. The taxi service of the hotel is not the best. The drivers are cheating with the route to follow. Although I know how to move around Wroclaw I needed to take a taxi from the Hotel to Plac Bema area and the driver took a longer till Grunwald instead of driving next to University....the result were 10 zlotcyh more. The problem are not these money more but the Puro Hotel should take care of this if they have their own taxis not to cheat foreigners as maybe they know the city.
Friendly staff, modern facilities, spacious room, clean.
Modern clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Bed was too soft and duvet too small for 2 people. Never did determine how to turn off the heat.
Price, location and room was great. Despite negative things I will definitely come again!
Bathroom with transparent walls ruin the mood when traveling with someone. I didn't like pulling a curtain whenever I want to use the toilet. Large wine stains on the carpet.
Cut our electricity and water at 9pm to force our check out
It was a self check in/check out hotel & the young guy who helped me was really great. He scanned & printed some important documents I needed to fill in & send.
Location near to the old town. Kind and helpfull staff. Garage under the hotel.
Breakfast -mostly based on preparated sandwiches. Bed 160 cm. with one big duvet.
Perfect location - just five minutes walking from the main square, plus in the street there are several nice places to eat/drink. Comfortable bed, beautiful design, tasty breakfast!
It's not possible to book the parking spot in advance and it's quite expensive.
Firstly, Wroclaw is worth a visit, secondly Puro is a super cool hotel. This is definitely for the single traveller or fun modern couple where having a glass bathroom doesn't bother them. This hotel is not for everyone, so if you think everything being controlled by touch pads and self check-in would annoy you, then certainly go elsewhere, but if you're up for a unique, modern experience then go for it!
Breakfast, although plentiful, was too expensive for me. Then again, I'm more of a coffee and croissant on the go person anyway.
In general Puro is still one of my favourite choices in Wrocław but..
..it's definitely time for a cleanup. Carpets in the hotel's corridor and in the rooms are dirty!
nice modern room nice breakfast
bed cover to small complexity of digital interface curtain to small
Comfortable beds, cleanliness, great wifi, ipads in lounge, climate control, good sandwiches and drinks. Helpful pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere. Superb location and good sound proofing
Glass walls in toilet and shower. (a curtain divides bathroom and entrance from the bed area but it is still a bit awkward. Ventilation was noisy at night.
Great location in Wroclaw Old Town. Very helpful and nice staff. Free espresso machine 24/7. Comfy bedroom.
Somebody wanted to create a hotel that would look very modern and very techie and tried too hard! Many of the features in PURO hotel are too technology-focused, but they didn't think about the user: lights that turn on automatically if you move in the bedroom, loads of functions and information through screens difficult to control... and then basic things such as a door that would stop the shower flooding the bathroom are missing! Even breakfasts are too designed, with ready to eat sandwiches, forcing customers to eat whatever the chef has designed for you, instead of the typical buffet. Overpriced for Polish standards.
