Price, location and room was great. Despite negative things I will definitely come again!
Bathroom with transparent walls ruin the mood when traveling with someone. I didn't like pulling a curtain whenever I want to use the toilet. Large wine stains on the carpet.
Cut our electricity and water at 9pm to force our check out
It was a self check in/check out hotel & the young guy who helped me was really great. He scanned & printed some important documents I needed to fill in & send.
Location near to the old town. Kind and helpfull staff. Garage under the hotel.
Breakfast -mostly based on preparated sandwiches. Bed 160 cm. with one big duvet.
Perfect location - just five minutes walking from the main square, plus in the street there are several nice places to eat/drink. Comfortable bed, beautiful design, tasty breakfast!
It's not possible to book the parking spot in advance and it's quite expensive.
Firstly, Wroclaw is worth a visit, secondly Puro is a super cool hotel. This is definitely for the single traveller or fun modern couple where having a glass bathroom doesn't bother them. This hotel is not for everyone, so if you think everything being controlled by touch pads and self check-in would annoy you, then certainly go elsewhere, but if you're up for a unique, modern experience then go for it!
Breakfast, although plentiful, was too expensive for me. Then again, I'm more of a coffee and croissant on the go person anyway.
In general Puro is still one of my favourite choices in Wrocław but..
..it's definitely time for a cleanup. Carpets in the hotel's corridor and in the rooms are dirty!
nice modern room nice breakfast
bed cover to small complexity of digital interface curtain to small
Comfortable beds, cleanliness, great wifi, ipads in lounge, climate control, good sandwiches and drinks. Helpful pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere. Superb location and good sound proofing
Glass walls in toilet and shower. (a curtain divides bathroom and entrance from the bed area but it is still a bit awkward. Ventilation was noisy at night.
Great location in Wroclaw Old Town. Very helpful and nice staff. Free espresso machine 24/7. Comfy bedroom.
Somebody wanted to create a hotel that would look very modern and very techie and tried too hard! Many of the features in PURO hotel are too technology-focused, but they didn't think about the user: lights that turn on automatically if you move in the bedroom, loads of functions and information through screens difficult to control... and then basic things such as a door that would stop the shower flooding the bathroom are missing! Even breakfasts are too designed, with ready to eat sandwiches, forcing customers to eat whatever the chef has designed for you, instead of the typical buffet. Overpriced for Polish standards.
- TV channel list - internet connection - iHOME solution, interactive tablet to drive setting of the room - Good breakfast
- hard to find location due to one way street - small rooms - dirty and old curtains - bathroom as part of the room
Soup ,and breakfast were lovely
Restaurant charges are billed separately
Nice rooms - well designed and clean. Good breakfast. Decent location.
1. Most staff were like "robots": No welcome on arrival, I was just pointed to a PC screen and was expected to "log in". 2. Staff English skills not great. 3. I found myself trying to blindly find out what to do with regard to breakfast, check out, check in, etc... 4. The hotel was very untypical and did not seem to put much importance on customer interaction. I would not recommend this hotel for people that don't speak Polish.
-location -nice and helpfull stuff -clean and very modern room -free coffee
The room Check-in/Check out system Free apples, tea, coffee Lounge zone, music All the technologic facilities (installed alarm, controlled lights, wide range of channels)
The shower has transparent walls, which can be protected from the room view by the curtains, but can not be protected from the corridor area, it can be a nice addition.
I would recommend this hotel, very modern and the staff very helpful. Excellent value for money.
Really close to the city center (5 min walking). You can get free coffe (good one) and in the room you can choose the lights, temperatura, tv...everything in one iPad in the wall. The bathroom was funny (not good for a non close couple), everything divided from a glass wall and an optional courtain.
The air conditioned is difficult to set in a proper temperature, or so hot or so cold. The desing of the bathrrom can be a possitive or negative point, you choose ;)
-clean rooms -location -design
-price for parking: 60zl for 24h...this is way to much considering price for a room -uncomfortable beds... very soft, so you end up sleeping in a kind of a hole in the middle of the bed...
The hi-tech features - centralized lighting and a/c control. Convenient location to Restaurants and Old Town. Free cappuccino machine.
Location, facilities, decor, design, very friendly staff, free coffee, tea and apples. Very good breakfast.
Too hot for me, even with the air condition on (but it is subjective). The only minus at night is the light turning itself on in the glass bathroom (and waking up your partner).
extremely comfortable bed easy wifi access easy check out free tea coffee and hot choc throughout the stay
2 guests and one bathrobe breakfast room looked like a kindergarden's room or a waiting room at the train station
The room was very comfortable and very modern. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Access to Wi-Fi was excellent. The location was great too, just a five minute walk to the main square. There is also a very good restaurant 'La Maddalena" across the street from the hotel.
There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and you have to pay to use the machine in the lobby.
location design free coffee lobby customer care
wifi quite slow... breakfast a bit expensive
