los recepcionistas eran super amables,hablaban ingles y los demas impleados tambien.las habitaciones son muy confortables,y estaban bien acondicionadas.su ubicacion es muy buena cerca del casco antiguo de la ciudad.es un hotel con muchas medidas de seguridad. no,todo me gusto |

Es un hotel nuevo, confortable y con vistas muy bonitas al río. Me ha gustado mucho el diseño de todos sus espacios y sobre todo el restaurantes. Hubo un problema con el agua caliente durante toda una noche y parte de la mañana. |

Varias cosas. En primer lugar y lo mejor la exquisita amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. Su ubicación próxima al centro. Sus vistas a un canal y a la parte más conocida de Gdansk. El desayuno es muy bueno, superior a la categoría del hotel. Y su restaurante también bueno y bien de precios. Y está recién abierto, todo nuevo. Nuestras habitaciones no tenían minibar y creo que había otras que si lo tenían. Sin este fallo le pondría al hotel un 10. |

Nice rooms. Good location. Very clean. No separate bar. We had problem with the lights in the room and had to be moved. We got stuck in the lift and did not get a response from emergency button. |

Staff was very helpful 1. Pillows are too small and very thick 2. Cleaning staff used same gloves to clean bath room and place water bottle in the room 3. No instructions to program thermostat 4. Charged me for room for one extra day even though I called and told the staff that my flight was cancelled and I will be checknig in next day, |

The hotel is new, trendy, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and service minded. Nice rooms. Our room did not have safe, mini bar and extra pillow. There is also quite much noise from the traffic outside. |

Up to date with spacious rooms and an excellent bathroom. A wide selection of polish delicatessen on the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Best of all the hotel is so close to the historical city center that one could crawl back after to much of the tasty local vodka's |

It was very nice. Good breakfest. Nice personal. Helpful. Gdansk is a very interesting and charmful city. The rooms was very nice. It was very near the main-city, but still not to close. Very nice with "cooling" system in the rooms, nice climath controll. Maybe more tv-channels on English? And more stabile WIFI. I found an old sock from someone else under the bed. |

close to the Old Town, nice room, nice staff there are stairs between reception desk and elevators - if you have a heavy bag, it may be quite difficult to walk through |

Noisy front side of the hotel, the breakfast room was full with a group of German tourists and I had to line up for 10-15 minutes.Groups should be put in a separate breakfast area. |

die ideale lage direkt am fluss, gegenüber der Danziger Altstadt (nur 5 Geh-Minuten ins Zentrum/Langer Markt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.Sehr freundliche Hotel-Mitarbeiter. Keine strikte Trennung von Raucher- und Nichtraucher-Bereich im Foyer/Frühstücksraum. Kein Kosmetik-Spiegel im Bad. |

Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til hovedbyen og elva Motlava. Muligheter til å bese severdigheter i nærheten. Hotellets servering og utvalg ved måltidene på hotellet. Noen savner kanskje et basseng. |

Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä meidän tarpeisiin. Drinkkibaaria jäin kaipaamaan. Olihan se nytkin ravintolan yhteydessä, mutta rennot nojatuolit puuttuivat, olisimme mielellämme istuneet sellaisissa ja nauttineet rennosta olosta päivän päätteeksi. Liian vähän yhteistä rentoa tilaa. |

Hotelli on todella siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aamiainenkin oli oikein hyvä. Ja joistakin kommenteista poiketen ainakin meidän huoneemme oli lämmin kylmänäkin vuodenaikana. Suosittelen! Lisävuoteen varaamisen kanssa oli pientä hässäkkää. Loppujen lopuksi lisävuode tarkoitti hyvää tilavaa kolmen hengen huonetta eli oli todellakin hintansa veroinen. |
