Reception area, bar and restaurant very friendly environment, welcoming and clean. Food was very good, well presented. Rooms were basic, but we slept well.

Good location, modern, clean, baths if of matter but it is to some, good tv channel selection though old tv points, the only shortcomings could be noisiness as all twin/double bed rooms face busy streets with the crossroads just in front of the windows and possibly price taking its only gorzow and not any tourist resort or one of the biggest polish cities

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, gross und ordentlich, das Bad hätte in den Ecken etwas sauberer sein können. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, man hat nichts von anderen Gästen oder dem Personal am morgen gehört, was ich als äusserst angenehm empfunden habe.

1 Servicedamen die am Abend bedient hat, ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr kompetent, sehr aufmerksam, Name weiss ich leider nicht, aber sie hat bald Urlaub und fährt nach Deutschland, solche Kräfte sollte es öfters geben, Servicepersonal beim Frühstück bräuchte eine Schulung, Essen insgesamt sehr gut Zimmer recht dunkel, Bad renovierungsbedürftig, Bar recht ungemütlich

Die Speisenkarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich, es fehlen jetzt allerdings die typisch polnischen Gerichte, die es früher gab. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art der Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter bleibt in Erinnerung. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
