Deservedly 4 star hotel. Free internet. Size and comfort of room. Good quality and abundant breakfast. Was less impressed with my two dinner courses in the restaurant and with one of the house wines. In general terms, I do not understand why hotels and restaurants serve poor wines because at the asking price they can without problem serve something decent.

The staff are excellent! All very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are modern and stylish. Breakfast had a wonderful array of food, all fresh and very tasty. Loved our stay! Theh only thing we were unsure about was the duvet! it only covered half the bed. We could either have a warm top or a warm bottom. Needs bigger duvets! (Or maybe that is the Polish way?). However we didn't let it spoil our stay at this excellent hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Ogien Restaurant serves really good steaks. The hotel is close to everything in Kielce. Nothing negative about this hotel. (I hope that construction works around the hotel will end soon).

Clean and modern. Everyone friendly and spoke good English. Good location. No coffee making facilities. Air con not working. And bar closing too early. This would not stop me using this hotel.

The hotel was very elegant and most staff were helpful. The location to the centre of Kielce was good. To compensate for no balconies, the rooms have extra large windows that can open wide, so as to enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was appealling, though could have been warmer. This is an hotel for couples and business people. There was no coffee making facillities or minibar in the room. If you wish to have a minibar you must request it when booking. The hotel is very quiet and we felt out of place when family arrived to stay with children. It is not child friendly, with no facilities to cater for children. Some staff members never smiled. I would recommend this hotel to couples only.

Location of hotel Your brochure and web sitementions that all rooms have a mini-bar and an inroon safe I could not find them in our room.maybe we will get a room with these facilities on may 23 when we stay there for the second time.

friendlieness of staff. Breakfast buffet They charged my credit card before I arrived even though I was expecting to pay in cash when I arrived!! As I had booked rooms for other people my card has also been charged for their rooms.

Hotel w centrum I blisko dworca pkp.. Wygodne, przestronne pokoje urządzone z klasą I smakiem. Możliwość indywidualnego regulowania temperatury I nawiewu w pokoju. Dostęp do internetu - w pokojach jest kabel, działa też Wi-Fi, tyle, że jest trochę zawodne. Znakomite śniadania, podobnie jak w innych hotelach tej sieci. Pomocny, kompetentny I niezwykle życzliwy personel, co akurat nie jest częste w hotelach Qubus;) Koszmarna, kompletnie nie nadająca się do picia kawa serwowana na śniadanie:(

“It was well located - could walk to it from the rail station if you wanted and it was near the centre of the town. It was quiet, rooms were a good size, very clean, showers were impressive.
