It was a clean and modern hotel, and there was nothing to object to except see below. The noise on Saturday 27th was awful. Loud music until at least 4 am. |

I liked the fact that we could get access to our room as soon as we arrived i.e. 10.30am I was concerned about the lack of information during a real fire evacuation, the early hours of June 21st 2009. I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

the location was excellent, with a view of the river and castle, and parking provided. The food was excellent and the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We loved our stay there and the staff was very very nice. Nothing negative to say about the Qubus Hotel Krakow. |

I was attending a wedding in krakow found stay at Qubus Hotel pleasant indeed enjoyed all services.My Wife and I hope to visit again and stay at your hotel. There was a problem over a meal that was had in the Recp.area the waiter said it wasn't paid for, no manager could be found that night or the next morning to sort it out.It is rather complicated to go into but the waiter was wrong.That's all, apart from that everything else was most enjoyable |

The hotel was extremely comfortable and thje bed was fantastic. makes a change to have a comfortable mattress and decent pillows in a hotel. the fact that fresh bottled water was included was a nice touch.We stayed on the 6th floor across from the gymnasium and the swimming pool and jacuzzi which was the best. Restaurant prices quite expensive for the portion sizes. found the bar menu much more competitive and enjoyable the wine was also expensive! overall no major complaints regarding the hotel in respect of cleanliness' comfort and staff: |

The rooms were clean, facilities were very good and the hotel was in a great location. Yes. I had a bad experience with two staff members on the last night I stayed, who insisted I did not pay for food I had received. Despite producing the receipt they still did not believe me. I looked for a manger and was willing to view the security footage but they insisted that I did not pay. It left a sour taste in my mouth after such a great experience. |

The river-side location and easy access by tram into Krakow (trip 10 mins.) made it a good location. The buffet breakfast was top-class. |

Hotel was very clean and airy. the lesuire centre was lovely although the pool was tiny. the rooms were very modern. I liked the fact that you had free internet access in the room. no bar |
