Nice breakfast and sauna department. The hotel also organizes trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz with hotel pick-up. Unfortunately had no time to do that. There's also a hairdresser + manicurist and pedicurist. A shopping mall and Jewish Kasimierz district nearby. Old city centre not too far away either. There was a fire alarm at 1.30 a.m. the hotel. Poor information for guests about when it's possible to return back to rooms. No apologies. However, this might not happen so often :) |

Where does one start, the staff wre very helpful, the bed was so comfortable i didn't watn to get up in the mornings. The pool, jacuzzi, tropical shower and sauna all fantastic. The tram was on a stones throw away and that brought you right to the Barbacan and into the heart of the city. Breakfast was a super display of foods and the a la carte menu was very good and reasonable. Enjoyed my stay immensly and would diffenitly stay there again THe only compliant was the Oxford pillows. I hate them to big and too soft. I like a bit of support for my head |

During this stay the hotel was well priced and delivered good facilities. we like the location - slightly outside the centre but a reasonable walk into both the sights and restaurants of the city. We needed one extra night's stay in Krakow and went back the the hotel. The price charged then was over 3 times the price for our pre-booked stay - in other words, our advice would be to watch out for rip-offs at Qubus when they think they have you over a barrel. |

Everything for a pleasant and enjoyable stay was provided for.The staff had a sense of pride in what they were part of; The "Qubus Experience" The hotel is away from the rush and noise of the centre and yet so accesible with the hotel's boat or taxi. There was nothing to dislike about Qubus Kracow. |

Excellent spa facilities, free internet, great breakfast buffet, slightly far away from the historic city center especially if the weather is rainy, otherwise you can walk or take the tram which is very close to the hotel, the location of the hotel is very safe. |

Very well located, close to city center, but in quiet area. Excellent value for money, wide variety on breakfast included in roomrate. Clean rooms. Good options to park your car onsite or in the garage. High side of bathtub makes it difficult to step out, especially for elder people. |

The layout of the hotel is very good, big lobby reception area and bar, excellent restaurant, bright and very clean. We had in a deluxe room for two nights and then stayed for two more nights in a junior suite. Both were very well equipped and what you would expect in a good 4 star hotel. There was no Porter to help with luggage, not an issue for me but could be for some. |

We like the usse of the swimming pool as it was very hot when we was there our rooms was clean and comfortable.There was agood selection at breakfast it was good value for money it would have been nice to have tea & coffe making facilities in our rooms |

Air conditioning - it was a hot weekend. Modern design. Good bedroom layout and facilities.Lovely swimming pool with excellent views. Helpful reception. Nice breakfast buffet. Viewpoint facility closed for no apparent reason - not known to reception - disappointing. |

Loved the swimming pool-sitting in the jacuzi watching the sun set over the city was beautiful. The hotel had it's own boat and captain who took us to the castle all included in the price We made a couple of requests upon booking and asked when we arrived but neither were met- on checking told room had a river view ( one of our requests) but it did nt. Hotel should put the boys weekends together in same part of hotel as could get noisy then people like us having a quiet shopping weekend could have some peace |

Good location, excellent breakfast buffet, good value for money. easy to walk into city centre or collect tram across road from Hotel. Rooms very comfortable, beds lovely - large and great pillows. We had unfortunately a poor dinner for one of our party. The food came late when all others had finished and was over cooked. When we complained the Duty manager was very off hand, said they were very busy in the resturant. Not what you expect for a 4 star hotel to blame the customers!!!. I like the hotel but would not eat in resturant apart from included breakfast. |
