Qubus Hotel Kraków

O hotel tem uma localização ideal para quem quer conhecer a cidade. Muito próximo das principais atrações, onde é possível ir caminhando. O café da mãnha é maravilhoso, completíssimo. O quarto espaçoso e bem decorado, com uma vista linda da cidade. Elevador panorâmico. A piscina e a jacuzzi no sétimo andar são medicinais após um dia de caminhada pela cidade. Recomendo a todos.

Localizacao, camas muito confortaveis, internet no quarto gratis e cafe da manha com variedade e qualidade (muito dificil de se encontrar).

Limpeza: estava quase impecavel se nao fosse leve odor no banheiro e alguns "cabelos" na Banheira. Nada muito grave.

Staff were extremely helpful and spoke excelelnt english

The restaurant was excellent! The food was incredible! The food made the stay well worth it.

The front desk staff were pretty rude, but on check out there was a guy named Jacob that was really nice & helpful - would have been nice to meet him earlier. Beds were very uncomfortable - very hard and thin mattresses.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and fully equipped (maybe not enough English language channels) and the location on the banks of the River Vistula permitted pleasant riverside strolls to the Wawel Castle. Excellent gym & pool which we didn't manage to use, sadly. Breakfast buffet was varied with reasonable quality of food and very prompt service in clearing away finished plates etc. I would happily saty there again.

Very comfortable room, incredibly quiet. Modern and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was amazing. Only a short walk away from some lovely eating places in the lovely Jewish area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel caters a lot for large conferences and business purposes. The reception seating area was entirely done away with to cater for a registration process for several conferences the weekend we stayed where they had business tea/coffee and food set up, not really a problem though. Breakfast was incredibly busy the following 2 mornings. Also smoking isn't banned in Poland's hotels and public areas, and smoking in the hotel wasn't really pleasant.

I loved the convenience of the hotel to the main square. Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were excellent and friendly. Really nice to have a pool and a gym there too. Overall it was a great experience

There were two spiders in my room -I hate spiders!!

all i can say i was very pleased with the hotel i stayed in the hotel two years ago as well

The breakfast selection was excellent, the food for evening dinner was very good also and the hotel was very convienent only a leisurely 20 minute walk to the main square.

Yes, unfortunately the internet worked on my arrival (Sunday) however it did not for the rest of my stay even though I had reported it on three occasions. The hotel staff did try to fix it but were unable to do so, this was disappointing as I had some important emails to deal with on returning home. This and being overcharged 5 zloty for half litre of beer on the final evening left a little sour taste
