Qubus Hotel Kraków  

Very friendly efficient staff and a well presented modern hotel.

I would have liked to have had tea/coffee facilities in the room.

I had an Early start 05:00 am, but no hot water in the shower.Receptionist (Male) stated it happens if a large group check out early (Use all the hot water!!). The room I was assigned (#205) was located on the Interior of the check in hall with no window opening into the fresh air.If you opened the window, you heard all the noise from the night reverlers, who were very noisy returning from a night out 23:00-01:00 then again early morning when the cleaning staff started 04:00 am

The location was very lovely on the riverbank. The staff and service was 6 star, the staff could not have been more helpful or looked after us better. Enjoyed the complimentary trip on boat along the river. The staff also organised a tour with a private driver. At a great rate, to take us to Auschwitz. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Krakow.

No tea or coffee making facilities

We enjoyed staying here !!! quite a modern hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We booked our day trips when we arrived at the hotel as there was a tourist information, booking office. Trips were well organised, and it was so nice to be picked up from the hotel by our tour guide.

Location of the hotel was quite poor. Had to get taxi to take us to the modern square if we wanted to shop or have a meal. Although if you are interested in history, it was only a 5 min. Walk from the qubus hotel to schlinders factory !!!

Good location even for runner that like to keep training during business trip

They charge me the depisit twice and asked to pay extra the breakfast but it was already included in the tarif I found and booked through this web site.

Good location, fantastic views, swimming pool

No double beds - single beds joined together, materials used for interior design in rooms feel a little bit cheap. Bed duvet not must be made from plyester - very hot and not breathable...

TV didn't have any english channels.

Fabulous hotel, had been recommended by friends. Excellent friendly helpful staff, lovely clean modern rooms, fantastic to have pool and sauna facilities. Restaurant service also excellent at a good price for dinner, and breakfast was a great choice. Lovely lobby bar to relax in, and again good prices for hotel drinks.

Fantastic hotel for a great price. Staff could not do enough when asking for information on trips/excursions. Free wifi also included. Excellent buffet breakfast was included with a wide choice of foods. Very clean and adaquate rooms that were cleaned daily. Location very good for schindlers factory tour & Jewish ghetto area. We booked the hotels cab to take us to Auscwitz & the salt Mines & Robert the driver was very good & stayed in his cab to wait for us & take us onto where we wanted to go next. He really couldn't do enough & even took us back to Auschwitz 1 after he had taken us to birkenau as we missed the film show at Auschwitz 1. Roof pool & jacuzzi lovely for our girls after a long day of walking sight seeing. I would highly recommend the Qubus hotel to anyone, for value for money but with a luxyrious stay all Round. Could not fault a single thing during our stay.

1) Wooden floors in the room, therefore clean air without odors. No smoke smell at all. Also just perfect temperatures inside. This was better than we expected. 2) Quiet room. No trafic noise at all. Great. 3) Bath. 4) Food in the restaurant and breakfast were just great.

1) Got 2 different bed instead of one large we ordered. However it wasn't that big problem this time but might be. 2) A bit expensive but this time we preferred other things.
