Замечательный отель, приветливое обслуживание, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Радует наличие бассейна и трансфера в город на собственной лодке отеля. |

В отеле понравилось абсолютно всё. Очень комфортный номер. Замечательный интерьер самого отеля и номера. Удобное расположение стоянки для машины. Очень хороший выбор блюд на завтрак, всё свежее и очень аппетитное. Удобное расположение отеля относительно центра и достопримечательностей города. Но больше всего мы благодарны приветливому администратору отеля, который хорошо говорит по-русски. |

Good location with easy access to city & transport network. Hotel boat nice touch. The rooms were very small. Garage parking charges high considering safe parking is available outside. |

Very nice hotel with helpful staff - room very comfortable, fantastic breakfasts and nice spa/pool area. Nicely situated by the river. No - might be a little far from the centre for elderly guests but not really a problem as tram stop nearby and lots of taxis. |

We arrived at 9.45 a.m.and were immediately given keys to our room and the free boat taxi which were additional bonuses. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilties in the room but the hotel did have room service. |

All of the staff were excellent and spoke perfect english. The breakfasts in the morning were of very good standards and certainly hit the spot. The only down side was that the rooms were perhaps a little bit small, or at least for my liking they were. |

Modern, fresh, friendly staff, good breakfasts, good access to the historical places, beautiful panorama view from the fitness center (included in price), best price / standard ratio. I will come back again. A bit noise from the streets when window is opened. Hard to avoid in big cities. |

a perfect base to explore a great city as the location is excellent, just on the edge of town adjacent to the historic ghetto area ....... a bus stop is 100mts away and takes you either straight to the salt mines or into the old town and all for 50p ......... the tram stop is alongside the bus stop and is perfect for the trip into the old town or the train or bus station and the new shopping mall, again all for 50p a ride ......you can walk into the old town in about 20 minutes or wavel castle in about 25 ...... the jewish quarter is a 10 to 15 minute walk or £2 in the taxi and is the perfect place to go at night if you want a beer (£1 to £1.60 a pint)in the square where you can mix with the locals rather than the stag groups who frequent the more expensive, less atmospheric old town ...... as for the hotel it'self the range and quality of the breakfast is brilliant and the pool, sauna, steam room and gym on the 6th floor are FREE and in great condition .......... the skyline view of the city from the pool is as good as you will get I found the beds too soft for my personal liking but my mate slept like a log so each to their own :-) |

Excellent room for an inexpensive rate. 1. The reception staff said upon my arrival that they did not have my reservation even if I presented my BOOKING.COM confirmation. 2. I booked a non-refundable room, the rate of which should have been charged to my credit card upon booking, but it turned out that it had not been charged. It was ok after all, but I have to say that the information on the BOOKING.COM website was not correct. |

It was a clean and modern hotel, and there was nothing to object to except see below. The noise on Saturday 27th was awful. Loud music until at least 4 am. |

I liked the fact that we could get access to our room as soon as we arrived i.e. 10.30am I was concerned about the lack of information during a real fire evacuation, the early hours of June 21st 2009. I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |
