Excellent breakfast selection. Nice clean bedroom on top floor with full length windows overlooking river with the city beyond. Comfortable bed. Good clean leisure facilities ( gym, pool, sauna, etc ). In general most the staff were friendly.Near to tram stop to get into city. They tried to charge me a higher price than the price quoted on my booking form. Sorted out eventually but the member of staff was fairly rude in her manner. Only black spot on an excellent stay. |

Breakfast is Great!! , Location is OK, near the Jewish Quarter, but a little far from the Center, Stayed in a twin room, beds are so small and pillows to soft. |

It is a very nice and clean hotel with good facilities and a very good restaurant. Some of the hotelstaff (i.e. in the lobbybar) were not very serviceminded. They seemed almost not to care abount anything at all. In the restaurant and in the reception, most of the staff was very nice. |

Ample, Swiss-clean rooms, very helpful staff, right in the city center. The facilities are up to any good 4* hotel. Don't miss the breakfast! |

the hotel has the feel of being very new and clean.free wireless internet is very useful. i thought the recpetionist was a bit rude on checking in. while waiting to check out, there were several guests waiting while one of the staff was writing something. she should have served customers and attended to her work later. |
