Great restaurant and really helpful staff there. It took forever to check in (their process seems very bureaucratic) and the internet connection in my room was very slow. |

Spóźnienie o 30 minut usługi śniadanie do pokoju zamówionej na konkretną godzinę, myląca informacja o możliwości skorzystania z masażu (na stronie internetowej lub w informatorze, nie pamiętam), fatalny stan sprzętu na siłowni - zdezelowane, z zepsutymi wskaźnikami sprzęty w tym jeden grożący wypadkiem - brak solidnego podparcia pod stopy na rowerku stacjonarnym. Brak lodówki, czajnika w pokoju. |

die Zimmergröße und Aufteilung haben uns gefallen Die Zimmer waren zu warm, die Temperatur konnte nicht herunter geregelt werden. Im Bad fehlt etwas Ablagefläche, obwohl im 2-Bett-Zimmer ausreichend Platz wäre. |

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage im Zentrum, einem großen Shopping-Center gegenüber. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Essen, bequeme Betten,... Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht richtig, es riecht feucht-muffig. |

Personnel attentif, equipements très corrects, petit-dejeuners très convenables. Suite à une demande d'information au sujet de l'air conditionné un ventilo a été amené dans la chambre sans que on l'ai demandé. Manque peut-être d'air conditionné dans les chambres. La salle de bains devrait être mieux pensée: il manque le moindre emplacement pour poser ses affaires tout en ayant une salle assez vaste et moderne. |
