The staff was very nice, however they did not anticipate your needs- had to ask for everything. The room was nice, however you aren't really expecting the best due to the carpet being so tired/worn.Very close to our office. Carpet in the hallway very worndown. Stayed on the 24th floor asked 3 times that my hall lights were not working at my end of the hotel. Never repaired in 5 days there. Normal hall lights were on during the day but not at night. TV Channels very limited even in Polish, need at least 1 or 2 more English speaking channles (only had 2) maybe a movie one (HBO or something). |

I liked that it was connected to the office building, had additional shops and restaurants. It offered free internet services. The carpet in the hallways was old and dirty. Lights were out in the hallways and was dark at night. You had to ask for an iron and ironing board. There were cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom. I only had one nightstand in my room. |

Fantastic staff and great quality of the hotel. We asked for a baby cot and it was delivered in 15 mins. Really close to city centre and stunning views over the town. The sky bar is family friendly and you can jump on the tram and move around quite easily. Yet another Polish hotel with no kettle in rooms - a bit of a pain if you have a small child or simply fancy cuppa tea. Not much more to complain though! |

Clean comfortable room. Close proximity to other facilities - restaurants, cinema, shopping, train station. The hotel charged me higher rate than quoted by booking.com. However, getting a refund of the "overcharge" was just one phone call to the hotel. |

We had to leave the hotel on the morning of checkout at 6.30 but breakfast was not until 7.00 but the hotel kindly offered us a packed lunch instead which consisted of juice, fruit, 2 rolls and a chocolate bar. Perfect. |

Very competent and helpful stafv at the reception desk and in the restaurant and breakfast room.Very good breakfast and great menue at the reaturant. Leaking damaged shower which made all bathroom wet in one room and in another room very badly designed bathtub (only some kind of curtain instead of glass to protect water from making whole bathroom floor wet while taking shower.Hotel is part of the office building which so one must go outside the hotel section to get to the restaurant and breakfast room.No parking space only for hotel guests. |
