Trevlig personal, även om dom pratar lite dålig engelska. Bra rum...ligger centralt..nära till allt. Den dan vi skulle checka ut ringde telefonen klockan 6 på morgonen, och bara en maskinell röst som pratade på polska...man skulle checka ut senast 12, så varför väcka oss kl 6 om det nu var en väckning...det ringde dessutom flera gånger. Mycket irriterande... |

I have lived in Europe for the past 3 years and travel often through several countries. This particular hotel has beds better than my own and a buffet that was so good and plentiful it will set a standard for how other hotels should be. The view from our room was about 180 degrees and the staff highly caring and professional. |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to an apt for 3 people at no extra cost as they had no adjoining double and single rooms left. Hotel bar closes at 2am and there is nowhere for residents to go after that. |

Location of hotel is excellent just off main street opposite Rail station. Hotel has many amenities linked to its left via an arcade/mall e.g shops, cafes, cinema etc. Main tram stop just across street direct access to Silesia city shopping mall. Rooms large, clean and modern, excellent breakfast. Check out the sky bar on the roof superb views. |
