Good location, kind staffs, nice breakfast buffee, free Internet in the room, and also usable bath room amenities. It might be depending on the room, but I heard always some kinds of noise. guess, coz of air conditioner. |

Clean, comfortable room close to center/attractions....good breakfast! Jacuzzi did not work...nor did phone near jacuzzi to contact reception. Found certain front desk clerk to be less than professional. |

Localisation - It is 200 m from main square of old city. Rooms are clean and suits 4 stars hotel. There is also swimming pool. The breakfasts are also very good. I think they should redecorate barthrooms which are big and clean but in my opinion don't suit room and the rest of hotel. I usually had more fancy and better decorated bathrooms in 4 stars hotels. |

Leaving We werenot happy with the make up of two single beds to make a Queen bed, they did not even make the bed up with Queen size bedding. We asked about this on our arrival and got no response at all. |

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was very good and included a large variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Every day we were supplied with cold water bottles. The mini bar contained many goodies. No facilities for tea/coffee in the room .We had to pay for car parking. |

The proximity to the Maria Magdalena just outside and the closeness to Rynek. Frankly, the location of the hotel made it possible for us to get just about anywhere in Wroclaw by foot. I also liked the pool, jacuzzi and sauna available - great place to relax after a city hike! The desk personel made an error during booking of deposit for the room resulting in an reserved amount even more than twice the total amount for my stay which didn't show until my card was rejected at the stores - quite annoying. I then had to deal with my bank myself to get my money back and it isn't really sorted out yet. |

location There was a weddingparty going on in the restaurant of the hotel with very loud music, we needed to change our room at 2 o' clock in the night! The carpets in the room were not clean. Strange smell. Old building and roomdecoration. Small swimingpool. Parking not at the hotel but somewhere in town. |

Excellent accommodation, near main square and sites with first class service, and good leisure facilities for a central location. Frustration with number of times room door entry key had to be re-set - three time in less than 24 hours ! - to enable access to room, lift and pool area. TV reception could have been better. |

The hotel serves an excellent choice at breakfast and the food is excellent. The location of the hotel is also excellent - very close to Market Square and within walking distance of all tourist attractions i.e. Cathedral, river, shops etc. Bedrooms spacious, very clean and comfortable with a good size ensuite bathroom |

Close to the market square. There was a wedding on one of the nights I stayed there and it was very load and went on late.This didn't bother me as I was at one the night before and was out late in any way but some people did complain about the noise. |

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, free internet access in room. We tried to sleep with a window open (end of July, hot night), but it's not that easy in that area - so we turned on air conditioning (which in the end was less noisy ;). |

50 meters from the Place. Really nice and the spa is awesome. The hotel is in front of a Church so it is really quiet ( no traffic sound ). The service is excellent ( Valet parking ) On Saturday night, if there is a Wedding party, most of the rooms of the 1st and second floor above the Restaurant room are noisy! My wife couldn't slept until 3 am ! But I could :) |

It is located very near city square as well as the river. Hotel hallway smell was disgusting. No air conditioning as the system was broken with no repair service assistance. Hotel staff were over worked as not enough on shift. Hotel did not intervene when there was a Prostitute in the entrance way negotiating fee with 2 men. Definite difference in being a 4 star hotel, would compare to a 2-3 star with North America standards. We were very disappointed with this hotel and would strongly recommend considering the Radisson or Sofitel in Wroclaw as these are the only 5 star hotels in the city. No amount of money saved by staying at the Qubus Wroclaw would be worth it. |
