best location. excellent breakfast.everything was fresh and good quality.i liked very much that there were many choices of tasty fruits.the room was big and clean.the bed was very comfortable.the location was a step from center.

the staff was good but not all.in breakfast room the staff was excellent.but in reception when we had arrived there was a girl very very bad. not helpfull not kind. we had felt very bad because we had choosed this hotel.fortuantly was only this girl.the place in pool was not good

I marked I wanted a double bed but this info was not trasferred to the hotel. We got 2 single beds.

The location is definitely huge advantage of this hotel. It's located just next to the marketplace in the old town. Also the staff was very helpfull.

hotel was in an excellent location a minutes from the main square.rooms were very clean and comfortable.pool and sauna were excellent and good for relaxing in.breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent choice.all in all an excellent hotel in a great location.highly recommended .

the 1 very small complaint and it is a small 1 is that the pillows were horrible and too soft and not very comfortable unlike the bed which was very comfortable.

had to request pack of ice at 3am. delivery was quick and service with a smile. also borrowed ironing board without fuss. thank you

Well located, room and bath ok. Windows are to open - although there is an air-condition ! Very nice. Good price for the room.

Very small windows, carpet dirty. Beds short and rally too narrow. Breakfast absolutely overpriced (for the same price, you'll have a dinner with beer downtown). Bad service during breakfast - many items out at 9.00 hrs. Nobody speaking any foreign language. You have to go to the reception for help. No de-caffinated coffe (year 2010 !)

Did city tour and plenty of shopping

Qubus was just what we wanted - a nice, clean, well-kept hotel in the centre of Wroclaw, with excellent breakfast included in a competitive price

The location is fantastic just off the main old town square, Rynek, yet surprisingly private. Only a couple of other hotels can compete on the location.This is a nice modern hotel with good sized doubles (considering the very central city location) and the staff are helpful. The self service breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of fruits, cheeses, meats, some cooked items and wonderful breads and rolls often straight out of the oven - good coffee.Wroclaw is a very underated location - if you seek a city river location with a buzzing street scene and some lovely walks, opera, concerts and street entertainment, summer Wroclaw is for you.

One particular member of the reception team was poor although most were helpful and spoke good english.The hotel did seem to heat up during the day and we had the suspicion that the aircon was swithched off in the bar and corridors to economise.However the aircon in our room was fair and with 32 degrees C outside kept the double room cool.My wife thought the breakfast coffee should have been brought to the tables to prevent queueing.
