We had the hotel for ourselves so we really enjoyed our stay, specially the sauna+swimming pool which the staff was quite happy to turn on for us. Breakfast a la carte we had the first morning was also excellent. Really worth the expensive price. On the other hand, the 2nd day we had it there was another couple and the buffet was less impressive. Overall we would definitely go there again. Only doubt is whether we would have loved it as much if it had been full.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money. The breakfast wasn't included in the price and when purchased seperately was extremely overpriced

Staff is friendly and room are clean 1. There is only two english channels i.e. only news. Please add few english movie or entertainment channels 2. The room that i stayed had awkward positioning of Television. There is no place to sit and watch the television.

Perfect location close to Wroclaw's old square; parking places available We were asked / urged to pay up-front the whole amount! And due to the year end we were also to pay for the coca from the minibar immediately - very, very strange...

The hotel is very well situated and equipped. The buffet breakfast was excellent both as to choice and quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning wasn't reducing temperature of room to set figure. Room was too hot, necessitating opening of windows to cool room. Staff did what they could but there seemed to be a malfunction of equipment.

Excellent location, close proximity to the main square, good selection for breakfast Hotel is dated and would benefit from redecorationg especially bathrooms which look a bit run down

Location is very near the centre of the city! * Pricing policy is not correct. You have to pay addionaly for breakfest! Meaning the booked price ( presented on the site of Booking.com) is excluded breakfest! * Rooms are non smoking, but they smell smoked as hell! * TV in the room had male functions * Enough warm water for showering was as very big problem

Nice but noisy. If there's a band playing in hotel's restaurant, the whole building is shaking. In saturday night they had music until 4 am. The staff offered to change my room (in 3 am), but what's the point of changing room if you can change the hotel - in advance.

It has the perfect location near shops, pubs, clubs ect. Will be returning to Wroclaw next year and will be booking this hotel again. Its perfect !! cant say enough good things about this hotel or Wroclaw

Staff were unhelpful. There was no duty manager to complain to. Apparently there is no duty manager from friday evening to monday morning. And they cannot be contacted. Staff even gave me an adapter which does not fit any of their sockets.

When we arrived we found that the swimming pool/jacuzzi etc were closed for maintenance. This was part of the reason for choosing the hotel, but the reception cancelled our car parking charges as compensation. Very commendable. Need a bit more signage to find the hotel.
