Location was fantadtic. Hotel rooms large and clean and bed very comfy.
Unfortunately we were really looking forward to the New Years Eve taster menue , however were very disappointed. We have done taster menues before and this is potentially the worst ever . Stick to restaurants outside the hotel .. 100% better and definately more value for money
The staff The Room The Breakfast All Brilliant Just loved the hotel. One of the Staff Sebastian Was really nice to us and recommended Lovely restaurants and other things deserves a raise. Brilliant wifi really clean and comfortable
Very clean- restaurant had superb food. Staff were excellent.
For 4.5 stars you expect all the small details to be thought of- milk for coffee, cotton buds, make-up remover. Felt a bit over priced.
The hotel was lovely and clean. Spacious rooms and lovely bathroom. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice. Location was ideal for the old town and Jewish quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very conveniently located, though the street itself is not the prettiest. The breakfast was literally out of this world, we were spoilt for choice - it looked as beautiful and exquisite as good it tasted. The room was elegant, but not over the top, and spacious. Very clean, too.
Having to wait for a long time for hot water in the shower was rather disappointing. Also, we asked the staff to post our letters and as it turns out, none of them have reached their destinations.
Rooms were large, clean and comfortable, with clean and modern bathrooms. Breakfast was great
Staff Value for money Facilities Comfory
Really nothing to complain about
Location quiet but central to all main attractions.Staff very pleasent and helpful.Great variety for breakfast.Rooms spotless and comfortable. We were upgraded from classic room to one with balcony which was a nice surprise.Would highly recommend this hotel.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Our suite was excellent, but would have liked a bath as well as a shower.
Location and staff were amazing.
There was no english tea available at breakfast and our room was smaller than we expected it to be.
1. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff 2. Quality furnishings and bed linen 3. Excellent modern bathroom with great shower stall 4. Restaurant/bar area downstairs had attractive décor 5. Breakfast first rate.
1. Noise from passing trams was a bit loud early in the morning
Location, staff, service, very nice and comfortable for a short stay, walking distance to the Wawel.
Food could be more proper
The rooms were beautiful and the staff very friendly! Would definitely reccomend!
I went friday to monday as a short break for me and my girlfriend. The hotel was perfect and the staff was very helpful and nice. I would defintly return to this hotel, highly recommend. Perfect get away in a great location.
I couldnt say a bad thing about the hotel and location.
Smooth check in by professional and pleasant staff. Well priced room, great breakfast and dinner. What's not to like!
Can't think of anything
Freshes and oxygen cocktail
The room was spotless clean. We were welcomed by very high quality of service. I specifically liked the heated floor in the bathroom, the restaurant, sauna and chill-out room. The breakfast is great!
The hotel stuff was polite and professional, but kind of distant. This must be a standard in 4-star hotels, i don't blame them.
Quality of Wi-Fi and fantastic interior of the hotel's restaurant were captivating! The location near the major historical sights and transportation facilities was really convenient.
Everything: attentive staff, location in the middle of tourist attractions, room view to the Castle, generous breakfast, stylish interior, boutique atmosphere.
The staff are lovely, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast is completely amazing and we also had a fabulous meal in their restaurant!
We loved everything!
I don't expect to book a deluxe room and be limited to two coffees, two teas and two milks every day - had to ask in four occasions for extras - also if you wanted a shower about 10am or 6pm don't bother because the hot water has been used by other hotel residents -
We've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels but this has to be 1 of the cleanest yet, beautifully decorated, staff very pleasant and will help in any way they can. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and krakow itself is a gem of a place. We will certainly return.
First of all I'd like to mention the staff who were all excellent and super helpful since our initial contact via email throughout our stay. As my mum and I were on the girls' weekend away and wanted to use the spa facilities simultanously, one of the beauticians came in on her day off to accommodate us! The hotel is beatiful - we stayed in the Wawel Castle view room. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the little chocolate Christmas tree left in our bedroom. I have already recommended the hotel to a few of my friends and I am thinking of an excuse to visit again!
It's not a negative point - only a wish list: we would love a bigger selection of teas or coffees in our room, the shower pressure could have been better and a bath tub would be lovely (for a proper soak after a very cold day sightseeing).
