Nice and helpful staff
Lot of street sleepers around at night, give a feeling of unsafe

Lovely spacious room. Excellent breakfast.good variety of food to choose from .
Main road very noisy.which resulted in disturbed sleep
Large, clean rooms, thoughtful housekeeping staff, helpful reception staff, good breakfast with a large variety of choices, great central location.
The rooms street-side are noisy at night. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sounds of traffic.
Lovely rooms . All areas very clean . Nothing a bother to all of the staff . Friendly and modern .
Noisy street outside window in front of hotel . Trams start early and run late. Breakfast hot foods could have been warmer .
The 2 rooms 17 and 18 were lovely and the staff very helpful.
When we arrived after a long drive we ask were the bar was but was told it was closed for a wedding, it would have been nice if they could have brought some drinks up to the nice reseption area.
Superb breakfast, great meals and service in restaurant. very helpful front desk staff.
It is located on a busy, dirty street. This is mitigated by the short walking distance to tourist attractions and the quiet of a room facing the interior courtyard.
What a find! We loved staying here!! Everything was excellent: service, food, hotel room, I only wish we could have stayed longer, one night was not enough!!
I wish the room was larger.
Breakfast Gorgeous design in the rooms Friendly staff Great location
Would have been nice with pool, jacuzzi facilities
Great staff, excellent food, nice room. Good ac.
Location is a bit seedy, on a major street but close to the main square. No water pressure in my room but someone else had no problem with it in another room.
The hotel was within a reasonable distance from the market square and all of the beautiful sights Krakow has to offer. Breakfast was excellent - delicious with a great variety. Rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Staff was very personable and helpful in answering any questions and offering suggestions for restaurants nearby.
All was great! No complaints!
We like the location it was not too far to places we want to go.. The hotel staff was brilliant to organising your trip or anything you ask for if you need help .The continental breakfast in the hotel was great and you could fine some bacon and beans if they want..We have enjoying stay at the hotel and yes I would recommend too anybody to go to this hotel and beautiful city of Krakow we had great time. Thank you to all the staff..
I did not like the way you hotel describe rooms from classic to what ever..as I would book the room with the balcony on the back not at the front of the most busy road ... The room we had was allocate at the front , witch was very noisy ...
The staff were amazing! Some of the best service I have had anywhere in the world!
Location Breakfast has a great range Staff are very helpful and tours pick up and drop off from the hotel
The street is a little seedy at night
very friendly polite and helpful staff, great location, tasty food, lovely design and décor of the rooms
the only minor issue I had was that the toaster took forever to toast your bread so think a new toaster is in order....I did say it was a minor issue lol
Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Beautiful breakfast and food in the restaurant. We even tried the unlimited vodka tasting session for only 35pls each! The air-con broke in the room for one day and the staff brought a bottle of complimentary wine to our room as an apology! Lovely modern room with plenty of space. Central location to the Jewish quarter, Wawel castle and the main market square. Would greatly recommend this hotel!
Grand delicious breakfast and presentation. Located between Jewish Quarter (10 mins walk) and Very lively Market Square/Old town...20 minutes walk.
Room size and single beds are too narrow and small.
Everything was great. Location is fabulous, close to the Old town and lively Jewish District. The staff was very professional and very welcoming. Breakfast very fresh and great selection of food.
Everything was great.
Excellent breakfast Very kind and warm staff Nice style of the interior Complimentary water and coffee
if the windows are open the sound of traffic is very high
breakfasts, very good restaurant. wi-fi. free parking (weekend).
noise of the street and disco
Great rooms, comfortable. Fabulous breakfasts.
nice interier, good location
Location really good about 20mins to the square. Rooms reAlly nice and comfy, high standard of decor. Breakfast good choice for continental. Staff helpful and pleasent. Front room could here trams early in morning and bar was not really cosy as seating wS in reception area. Would recommend.
Bar was poor set up but waiter brought your drink to reception seating area and trams early morning passing by.
This is a wonderful hotel - in a really great location within easy walking distance of the Castle, Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The staff are exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast buffet is amazing - the nicest I have ever had! We also used the spa, which was very good value for money and really excellent - we had body scrub and massage, both of which were first class. Highly recommended. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom with walk in shower (good pressure), and very good Wi-Fi. Can't recommend highly enough!
