Very clean and perfect location in the old town. The barman,the bar should be open to 01.00,at12.30 he would not serve us a drink,after some discussion we got one,vodka and tonic with no ice(he was too lazy to get some ice).A bar in a 5 star hotel should be open late especially on a friday night.All other staff were very helpful. |

Fikk oppgradert rom og var kjempefornøyd. Rommet var dessuten klart ved ankomst kl. 13. Hotellets beliggenhet er perfekt i rolig sidegate sentralt i gamlebyen. Frokosten var nydelig. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Varme på badet |

Upea sijainti, hyvä palvelu, viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli. Ainoastaan kadulta kantautuvat äänet häiritsivät. Nukkuminen häiriintyi pahasti, sillä viidenteenkin kerrokseen kantautui kaikki ohikulkijoiden äänet. Ikkunat kannattaisi vaihtaa ...Muuten huone oli todella upea suuren terassin kera. Korvatulpatkaan ei auttaneet. |

Das Zimmer war von der Einrichtung und Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Serviceleistungen der Mitarbeiter waren mangelhaft. Massageter-mine wurden nicht eingehalten beziehungsweise abgesagt. Der nächt-liche Lärm durch andere Gäste konnte vom Personal nicht gestoppt werde. Am Morgen der Abreise wurde das Telefon der Rezeption zwischen 5.35 Uhr und 6.00 Uhr nicht abgenommen. Folge: Trotz Band-scheibenvorfall mußte ich drei schwere Gepäckstücke alleine zu meinem Fahrzeug bringen. Die spätere Diskussion an der Rezeption war äußerst unbefriedigend. Der gegen 6.05 Uhr auftauchende Mitar-beiter fand kein Wort der Entschuldigung, sondern rechtfertigte das Verhalten mit der Aussage "ein Gepäckservice ist nicht im Übernach-tungspreis enthalten". So hat das Hotel die 5 Sterne nicht verdient. |
