We stayed at easter and some of the guests were a bit loud after a drink but by no means a bad light on the hotel and hey they were on holiday maybe I'm just getting old
The hotel was very good we travel a lot and see a lot of hotels along the way the one thing that sets this hotel above many others we have stayed in was the staff from the maid who cleaned our room polite well spoken and could not do enough to help you just simple things a couple of extra tea bags extra milk and a few polish phrases to help us during our stay.Reception staff we had a late flight home needed to extend our room a couple of hours this can be a tricky negotiation at most hotels here no problem at all and free... excellent a lot of hotels could learn a lesson from there late stay policy Karolina on the front desk was a joy to deal with on any request we made and we would certainly stay again
Breakfast is too expensive.
Very good location, nice and clean room, friendly stuff.
Breakfast should be included as standard
Every thing about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and professional. cleanliness was second to none. the location of the hotel was superb. will deffernately be going back
I liked everything about Radisson Blue in Gdansk: décor with dark wooden panelling, comfortable, spacious room (business class), new bathroom appliances (including heated floor). Excellent breakfast with careful service. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. You can even be served food in your room through the night! Hotel located on the pedestrian Dlugi Street right in the lovely old town.
Booked a double bed was allocated a twin.. we then asked to change but there were none available so the twin beds were pushed together with a double mattress while we were out but on top with two single duvet! Expected more from a 5star hotel!
There's no pool which is a main criteria for me when picking somewhere to stay for business or leisure. The breakfast was fine, but not as good as other hotels in Gdansk.
Lovely luxurious hotel in best location in the city.
My only small gripe was the lack of English speaking TV- no BBC World and the BBC programmes were mostly dubbed
The room was fantastic, spacious overlooking the main street.
Great value for money in a central location
bed to soft
location right in the centre of the old town, hotel staff very polite and helpful,
Breakfast is pretty expensive
I was robbed - I made about 20 minutes international call using hotel's telephone and it costs 479.4 PLN, more than 800 NOK.
Position of the hotel.
It was my wife's birthday and we received an excellent room and level if service
There was nothing to dislike. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just a shame ther was no swimming pool.
Extremely helpful and polite staff. Beautifully clean with luxurious rooms.
The hotel location is superb! Its just on the main street in the Old town! The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, very pleasant and welcoming. Oh and the beds!! So comfy ;) 10 out of 10
The hot water is not enough hot For five-star hotel has a big mistake
Perfect location in the Old City of Gdansk with cafes and restaurants nearby. Service minded hotel staff, and very nice facilities. I loved my weekend stay at Radisson Blue!
Very comfortable beds and rooms
The only problem was that the bar wasn't open when the New Year's Eve party was on.
Great location, friendly staff, great value for money
We forgot to pack toothpaste and that was something we didn't have in the bathroom. But wasn't a big deal to get some from the closeby shop. The free wifi in the room worked initially but then we weren't able to connect to any websites, so if someone was quite dependent on it for business etc.that might have to be addressed, I wasn't too bothered though. At times the staff could have been a bit more friendly and cheerful, or a tiny bit more attentive (for example at breakfast) but again, that wasn't a major issue.
Nice, warm, modern, tidy and comfortable hotel that definitely deserves its five stars. Incredibly comfy beds and generous room size. Clean throughout, also the bathroom, very nice and modern. Perfect location right in the centre of the beautiful older town of gdansk andclose to all the ttourist attractions. We received great value for money and after wanting to add breakfast to our room on arrival we were upgraded to a business room for very little money.
For 5* hotel I would expect a bit more of friendlyness from the staff. The bed was EXTREMELY inconvenient, we both had problems with back every morning. Breakfast was very expansive (40 euros/2persons/night), as well as a parking, though having an underground parking for New Year's Eve was an advantage (there are only 12 places for all the hotel). During first night it was quite cold in our room and the staff could do nothing axcept to bring an extra blancet. We would not asy that it was a 5* hotel service.
Very well situated, clean hotel with a huge bathroom. Perfectly situated.
The breakfast selection is pricey for what is available locally
Lovely big rooms, friendly staff, great bathrooms, ideal location for a leisure trip
Good comfortable hotel in a good location. Would be happy to return next time I am in Poland.
We arrived and told that we were celebration our wedding day, then we got an upgraded room whithout any extra cost, very nice thing to do:-) The breakfast was very good, you can order whatever kind of eggs you like from the waiter, f.eks omelette, fried eggs.. good coffee.
The bathroom, one day, was clearly smelly: probably they had some problems with the plumbing. No later than the day after, the problem had been fixed (and the bad smell had gone).
This was my second stay in this hotel and I'm glad to confirm my opinion: excellent location, nice atmosphere and an overall high-quality service. The receptionist who checked me in, this time was kind enough to give me a wonderful room on the 4th floor, facing Długi Targ: the view from my window was simply g-r-e-a-t. I think I was given one of the 10 best rooms in the hotel, that made me smile even when I was asleep... The room by itself was large, comfortabile, quiet and fitted with one the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast... what could I say: excellent choice of hot and cold food/drinks you could enjoy in a relaxing old-fashioned brasserie. The check-out was quick, accurate and professional: can you ask for more?
