The staff were very professional, polite and spoke English exceptionally well. The location was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The prices for additional items (e.g. laundry, breakfast) were ridiculously expensive! By both Polish currency and Australian currency.

Comfortable rooms/bed, nice breakfeast buffet Sport infrastructure are very nice.

Room was very well appointed. It had everything a traveler may need, including a phone in the bathroom, a bathroom scale, ironing board, iron, etc. Coffeemaker in the room. Nice urban view from 7th floor. Great location.

Awful and surly guy at the reception desk that checked me in was the worst! I wish I had gotten his name.

in room WiFi was wery poor, almost useless.

Breakfast was very good, personal is kind, swiming pool is very nice, in the room we had coffee maker, iron, drink water. In the corridor you can find ice maker.

Bad internet in room. Sauna and swiming pool was open from 10am till 18pm (I think because of holidays in poland 1-3 may 2013). we did not find normal music chanal like mtv or other.

Wonderful rooms, clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi.

Wifi signal is very low in some rooms. Parking costs 30 eur per night. That is too much. I fully prepaid my room and had some additional deposite for unexpected expenses and reception still reserved room rate × 1,5 from my credit card. Withiut warning me of it! Unacceptable.

i really liked the fitness area just incredibly furnished and the wellness area whit sauna and pool. the price was absolutey incredible for the services we received, even the breakfast was included

The postion is quite far away from the old town and the railway station but still walkable

Cleaner came at 8 am every morning to check the fridge, please it is too early.

The price for weekend stay. Location in Warsaw.

I left the room just before 12 am and till then a staff person has been checking 3 times if the room is free by opening the doors. I suppose there could/should be an information from the reception desk for cleaning personal. Also when paying for the stay they are typing down to the system my debit cards number what I found not too much safe for my account.
