Radisson BLU Centre Hotel  

We are on the 16th.-17th. In the Radisson hotel. On the 17th. Morning, the staff said we did not book breakfast, we again confirm the price is included breakfast, but the staff do not believe, still did not give us breakfast. So we go somewhere else to eat breakfast, When we check out noon from hotel, the staff said we could have breakfast, the just said sorry, nothing to do. I think this is radisson poor services.

The location was excellent. Good size room with a great view (9th floor, city center side) Free Wifi Great choise and quality of breakfast Great saunas, changing rooms and nice pool

1. Crowded, long queues at the reception and slow service 2. lifts/elevators totally silly and user unfriendly system 3. Floor in the gym dirty and some equipment not quite working well - would be nice if someone serviced it 4. Totally misleading mini bar system and charging system - sensors in the fridge so if you move things you are directly being charged. 5.Overall all staff members helpfull but need more training on hospitality and customer service techniques - no smiles 6. Bar area not welcoming Overall ok, but not great.Would I recommend it - depends for what reasons - business - yes, leisure, family not so sure.

Spa zone is fine, breakfast

No bath-robe. I was surprised when receptionst said, its not allowed for standart room. Slippers by request from reception.These things are sounded/looked at least strange for Radisson hotels.... Standart room are apeared and filled like you stay in completed 3***hotels. Dont think that I would be ever come back to this hotel again,

good location

the reception personnel is constantly trying to cheat you and get extra money. the wi-fi speed is too slow, the network disconnetcs all the time, wi-fi is unusable. the hotel parking is always occupied with taxis, it is impossible to stop even to unload the luggage. the rooms are not comfortable for 5 star hotel

Everything was fine. Breakfast was varied and abundant (though the coffee was not hot enough). The Internet connection worked perfectly. There were lots of channels available on television. There were no disturbances, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The only negative comment I might make is that the reception staff seemed little prepared to provide information to tourists. Instead of telling me how to get to a place I wanted to visit, they could only offer to call a taxi.

Good hotel room, modern with all the facilities including a Nespresso machine. Quite clean and spacious bathroom. Great breakfast. Refering to the location, it is near the train central station (5 min walk), but a little bit further when considering the main square of the old town (15 min walk). There is a great resturant in the hotel, go for it if you want to try polish cuisine

The internet is not for free, you have to pay for it, quite a lot.

I was staying just before Xmas, the room rate was approx. £50 per night,this was a good value , however I would not pay more because for me it was not 5 stars hotel, Have not seen a pool and a gym as no time, but room was rather average, no flat TV, had trouble to switch light off for the night, had to pull my card out to do it, my kettle did not work, but the staff was excellent and replaced it immediately.Only one shampoo, one shower gel for twin room looked to me as a routine.Generally nice hotel but I would give it max.4 stars unfortunately not a 5.

Great value for money in a good location, relatively close to Warsaw Central Station. Nicely furnished spacious room.

General speed of the Wired Internet Conenction and incredibly poor signal strength for the WiFi connection - it was virtually impossible to first connect and then stayed connected to the WiFI - which for me was the key facility that needed to be available at the hotel.

Normal business level hotel, mediuml rooms.

Radisson say that they have best brakfast at town, but morning coffee was mix of water and coffee, really bad quality. During weekdays they have automatoc divice which produce better (avarage) coffee, but weekends only precook so call coffe was available. 6 days in hotel without good wake-up coffee.

Located in the finacial district

Spa and swimming pool out of service, bed not cleaned, room in poor conditions, very bad value for money

The girl at the reception, at night, was not nive, nor helpful. It is far from the centre...

Breakfast was very good value, location was within walking distance to Old Town. Set price for Taxi to airport, which was reasonable (trip took twenty mintues)

Expected bedrooms to be more luxurious, in line with lobby. Fridge was unable to be opened as it would have required a screw driver. Television was one of the oldest models I have seen in awhile. Was unable to log on to free wi-fi which was annoying.
