as 5* hotel, I have a feelings it was at least 3* hotel facilieties air conditioner was not working properly, furniture seems to be too old to 5* hotel |

It was a very nice experience to have a stay and enjoy about the professional and kind service of the personnel of your people !! The rate was a reduced one, not including breakfast - but it was known in advance. An enjoyable hotel. The location was unfortunately not in a nice surrounding ! The distance to the old town was quite long - but also there the staff helped nicely, and the hotel taxi transport was running nicely. |

Very convenient location. Very attentive staff. Quite atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. It was impossible to get a light, continental breakfast. The lobby bar opens at noon. |

Das Zimmer was sehr schön und bequem. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für das Frühstück waren viel zu hoch!!!! Deswegen habe ich im Hotel nicht gegessen!! Es gab sehr wenige polnische Kanäle im Fernsehen. |

Jak na hotel pięciogwiazdkowy, raczej nie powinno zabraknąć ręczników :) Pozostawione papierki po zużytych opakowaniach kaw i używane kosmetyki też świadczą o tym, że pokój nie był przygotowany na przyjęcie gości. A może taki standard obowiązuje w pokojach o cenie "promocyjnej"? |

brak wolnych miejsc na parkingu, bardzo głosni goscie "konferencyjno-szkoleniowi"- trzeba uwazać kiedy robi się rezerwacje w hotelu, przy pobytach inegracyjnych firm pobyt w hotelu nie nalezy do przyjemności. |

prima hotel, uitstekende voorzieningen, incl. zwembad, sauna e.d. er was maar één badjas en set slippers op de kamer, terwijl we met ons tweeén waren. Wij hebben om een tweede set gevraagd, maar die kwam niet. Daarnaast bleek de mininar gesloten te zijn (bij de receptie heeft men bij het inchecken de bar te ontgrendelen, op afstand). |

Bij het ontvangst wilde men ons direct naar een hogere prijs upgraden dit met manipulatie tussen de poolse zloty en de euro en inclusief en exclusief ontbijt zover dat ons verblijf haast het dubbele zou kosten, erg ongepast.Wij zijn ervaren reizigers maar hebben dit nog nooit gezien deze klasse van hotel. |
