Expensive hotel parking and almost all stands reserved for some company, so difficult to find free space even if garage was almost empty.

It was a very central location and all the amenities shops and good restaurants were nearby The breakfast at 25 euro was phenomenally overpriced. You can get a coffee and a croissant up the town for a few euros!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and recommended some very good restaurants to us also. Gave us useful information about guided tours etc. Room bright and spacious with robes, slippers and complimentary water.

The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The reception staff were also very helpful and efficient. The cost of breakfast is unsustainable. Althoiugh of a good standard guests would be well advised to eat breakfast elsawhere.

the hotel was near the old town and you could go everywhere by foot.excellent location extremely expensive breakfast if you dont include it in the price of your room. its like eating in the best restaurant.

The location was central. The room was clean. Bathroom also clean with adequate "complimentary" products. Selection of breakfast food in plentiful supply, but over-cooked bacon. Staff pleasant and helpful. Did not live up to our 5star standard, E.G. chipped crockery at breakfast, bath towels not quite big or fluffy enough, one bathrobe had no hanging loop the other bathrobe had only half a tie belt, room make- up was unpredictable and had to be requested at 15.45 one day, milk on the room courtesy tray was a problem to sort out as they use powdered milk but eventually we did get "creamer" which was liquid.At times there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Little things, but over the course of seven days they all add up to an irritation---which is not 5star service.

Nice reliable hotel in the center of Krakow. Worth visiting. Excellent abode for sightseeing. Breakfast is nice. No extra bad can be really comfortable fitted. We had two children with us therefore we had rented two rooms.

Great location next to the old town and castle, with views into the greenery (Planty) across the street. Other hotels in this category offer river views, but at this hotel you can contain your experience to the old town and castle without having to wander outside of these historic views, not necessarily as attractive on the river. Very helpful staff, extensive breakfast. It wouldn't hurt to turn up the heat a bit on the hot breakfast food, though lack of heat seemed a common item in the (town) restaurants as well.

The staff were very kind and helpful but often not the quickest to serve you in the cafe or bar. It took 30 minutes to check in due to a massive queue and two of the four reception stations were unattended. The room was fine but did not have proper air con: heat only, which was on high when we got to the room so it was very hot despite it being December. I turned it off but even by the evening it was still hot so we had to open the window to sleep, meaning the noise of trams and cars etc kept waking us up.

Location was excellent. The bar people were excellent service.polite, friendly Resturant at night, good food, excellent service. Lovely girl! The reception peope were a very mixed bunch! Very disappointed. The gentleman tht booked us in was very polite and helpful, also the lady that we saw on departure was too. She kindly arranged another taxi at a good price! Not enough tea, coffee facilities, aircondtioning poor in room, and woken at 8 am to vacate room so it could be cleaned!!

İt was a nice wellcoming comfortable hotel . Rooms are clean quite and beds were very comfortable .the breakfast was pretty good too. Overall a good experience . I However we couldn't sleep from the music noise downstairs . Apparently there was guests a party went onto 4am . We Got offered free room service for the inconvenience.

The efficient staff and the location, very close to the old city attractions of Krakow. And the very large room. The used cups from the coffee & tea facilities were not removed nor replaced the first day. The used toilette accessoires (body lotion, soap, etc.) were also not replaced during the whole stay. The room is large but the light is a bit poor, especially noticeable in these long winter days.

Location - very close to the old town, the Main Market Squere and the Wawel castle. Free of charge wi-fi, tee & coffee making facility. The simple style of decor and furnishement in the room. Payment in local currency only, exchange rates.

Breakfast was quite extensive and tasty. Location was fantastic - only moments to the Old City centre. Hotel was clean, well staffed and well maintained. Staff were courteous, helpful and spoke excellent English. WiFi was very temperamental in the room. Had to stand by the door to maintain signal.

Lovely, comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and exceptionally helpful staff. It was great to be contacted ahead of my stay to confirm booking and arrange airport taxi. Location perfect - easy to walk to all sights of this beautiful city. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for a city trip. Our room was spacious and clean. Service and atmosphere was good. Free and efficient wireless Internet connection and a spacious safe. Breakfast was impeccable. We never found a socket that worked when the light was turned off, and thus we could not charge our mobiles and laptops at night. It would have been preferable with at shelf for toilet bags in the bathroom. And more hooks or towel hangers in the bathroom would make it easier to store and reuse the towels (we were three persons in the room). All three don't- likes are minor, but they could help make a stay at Radisson Blu even more pleasant.
