The hotel is very smart and clean with a modern design and ideally located for exploring Kraków. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We have stayed at other Radisson hotels and find them very good places to stay. No, everything was perfect. |

A friendly hotel with a touch of class. Excellent facilities with a bar, restaurants and snacks available. All staff we came into contact with spoke very good english and were extremely helpful. The standard bedroom was large, well furnished, clean and bright. Tea + Coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of drinking water daily. Very central location. Breakfast, whilst plentiful in choice and quantity was, at best, only luke-warm. |

Location was excellent. Some members of staff were very friendly and helpful- others were not. They were not rude but just...not particularly friendly.. Hotel was clean- sauna was a nice touch. Overall a lovely stay- would love to stay again if there was any special offers. |

Staff were extremely helpful especially in relation to booking day trips and recommending the best restaurants and activities while in Krakow. Location is the best of all the major hotels main square and castle are all within easy reach. Hot food at breakfast generally always seemed to be cold. |

The Hotel was well located in the city centre and the rooms and general Hotel was clean and presented well The Food was terrible and overpriced. We had 3 meals which were all below standard. The main course of a rack of pork was not touched as it looked off. All other meals were dissapointing. We will not be back as there are many more decent Hotels in the area. |

The location was excellent. Just at the edge of the old town. Walking distance of everywhere. Has to be the best breakfast I have ever had! Went for the 'all you can eat' surf and turf, everything we expected and more from a high class hotel. High recommended. |

the feeling of comfort and relaxed athmosphere in a bright spacious surroundings did not like the way the staff member called to the door early on morning of departure to check the fridge. Prior notice would have been appreciated instead of just walking in on us whilst we were packing |
