Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Sie machten auch einen kompetenten Eindruck.Als glegentliche Raucher freuten mein Mann und ich uns darüber, dass wir in der Bar rauchen durften. Ein Frühstücksraum ohne Tageslicht und Fenster geht für mich gar nicht...Die Bar ist sehr nüchtern und eher "billig" eingerichtet. |

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar nah zur Altstadt, der Service ist sehr gut, ordentliches Restaurant, bequeme Zimmer. Im Frühstücksraum ist es bei guter Besetzung sehr laut, da könnte etwas schallschluckendes eingebaut werden. |

The Hotel was well located in the city centre and the rooms and general Hotel was clean and presented well The Food was terrible and overpriced. We had 3 meals which were all below standard. The main course of a rack of pork was not touched as it looked off. All other meals were dissapointing. We will not be back as there are many more decent Hotels in the area. |

The location was excellent. Just at the edge of the old town. Walking distance of everywhere. Has to be the best breakfast I have ever had! Went for the 'all you can eat' surf and turf, everything we expected and more from a high class hotel. High recommended. |

the feeling of comfort and relaxed athmosphere in a bright spacious surroundings did not like the way the staff member called to the door early on morning of departure to check the fridge. Prior notice would have been appreciated instead of just walking in on us whilst we were packing |

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable room with desirable bathroom and toiletries, charming and helpful staff. Dinner at the hotel was disappointing compared to our dining out experiences as the steak was very tough. |

Reception staff very accommodating with my late check-in and late check-out. Did in fact join the Radisson reward program during this stay. No - I will stay there again if I have to visit Krakow again. A free upgrade to an executive room would be nice! |
