Brilliant place to stay clean comfortable staff very friendly can't do enough for you

Everything!! Fantasic hotel, lovely, helpful staff and a nice breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean, and a relaxing spa, higly recomended.

This hotel is right in the center, few minutes walk from the central square. Very clean and great facilities.

Excellent location! 5-minute walk to the Town Square and/or Wawel Hill/Castle/Cathedral and/or restaurants and shopping. Very nice hotel.

Shower pressure was sub-par, but the rest of the room was comfortable and clean.

Great location! Walk to the old town and to excellent restaurants. Excellent staff and facilities. Breakfast was superb. Staff will arrange anything you need. Gym was nice but spa was closed. Looked very nice and clean though. Will definitely stay there on any return trip.

Had to upgrade to business class because we arrived early and didnt want to wait. Breakfast far too expensive. Tried to charge me for bottles from mini bar. Didn't understand my method of payment on check out Finally taxi driver from hotel to airport didn't speak English and didn't help with luggage. Just sat in car at airport.

Location is perfect.

Juice in breakfast warm instead that cold it powder juice mixed with water for hotel standard we should have fresh juice. Staff a bit slow sometime, but still polite and nice.

We had a really nice room & the staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay there. The location was excellent as well as it was walking distance from many of the main sites!

Excellent room, comfy beds, clean bathroom, coffee making facility, excellent and knowledgable reception staff, and excellent maid service. The location was an added bonus. Thank you.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu was wonderful. We had a Business Room which had everything you could possibly need. We had only been in room for 5 mins when complimentary Polish Beer and two massive tubs of fudge arrived! Nice touch. We tried the Surf and Turf Buffet in the Milk & Co restaurant and it was delicious. Really good value for money at approx. £27 each, it included at much wine or beer you can drink. The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The Breakfast Buffet was cold and poorly presented. Cold sausage, cold eggs, and cold bacon. For the price a better buffet should have been available. the food was picked over and half empty dishes of food

We can recommend this hotel, very good location, nice and fresh.

Efficient service. The young concierge booked me on to Radisson Warsaw with conformation and printed map sent to my room. Great to have bottles of water in the room and the bathroom which are not charged at Krug prices.

The croissants etc. for breakfast must have bben baked by a construction company with cement. Change your supplier!
