Location, and the size and design of the room.
Everything about this Hotel is wonderful. Great location, close to the main square. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious, and bathroom good. A good variety of food at breakfast.
Overall a well appointed hotel with efficient staff. Excellent breakfast.
We were offered and accepted an upgrade of room at an apparently reduced rate. However some of the "extras" were not provided and had to be requested. ( we therefore missed out on some of these for the first night)
very good localization, reasonable breakfast, goood comfort
+ big and clean room + very comfortable bed
- expensive parking
Great location, nice and helpful staff, parking just under the hotel, good internet, nice breakfast it was just perfect
Bad esspresso coffee, please change the machine and the beans soon.
Location, location, location. You are close to everything with this hotel. The rooms are quiet.
It's expensive. The breakfast is a complete rip off if you are paying separately from the price of your room and it's certainly not worth it.
This hotel is situated just a few minutes away from the main square. The room was comfortable and overlooking a busy street, yet tranquil from inside the room.
It's a pity that the hotel doesn't have an indoor pool for the rather steep price paid.
Location is really goog and nice , modern design of rooms
Peter the bartender is very informed and was more than willing chat with us:). A great employee. Take great care of this type of person.
Location near to all tourist places Nice bar
In general facilities are for a 4 star hotel but never 5 star. They are small and saturated for the capacity they are offering Restaurant small for a 5 star hotel with very limited choice in the menu and in the breakfast Bed very small Bathroom also small Staff helpful but overloaded and unable to attend properly during breakfast to all clients
Good location and excellent service from the staff
The bed was too small for the 3 of us
Fantastic location! Very helpful staff. Nice room, great view.
Location and staff very good
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast choice.
Ordering a Taxi via Hotel is much more expensive that doing it directly.
Location was spot on
I liked everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, minutes away form the beautiful square. The reception area, room, bar and service where of excellent standard,
At the end of the stay when paying the bill, I found it to be quite expensive.
Location, very central. Quiet and "safe" rooms. Room facilities and size. Helpful and polite staff.
Facilities like breakfast room and especially the lounge bar area a bit boring atmosphere. Could have made this area's more inspiring. Expensive breakfast compared to eating out at a café/restaurant. Bed a bit hard, would have preferred to have one duvet pro person, not a shared one! Room temp a bit warm.
Outstanding service at front desk and great food in hotel restaurant.
breakfast was basic, does not fit the hotel's level. was not offered any upgrade, had to cancel the breakfast for the second day.
the 'renovated room " yet to be optimalrequire some imput do hire a landscape designer to revive the hollow drab of the hollow outdoors ie all inside rooms overelooking nothing except concret and each other's privacy'get a commetee to have the city of krakow cleqan and sa itixzi the public WC more than present as the smwll of human extrement at all times outside od the front of the hotel is offensive and unacceptable in these times
lobby, needs a more inviting ,a cozy atmosphere , present reminds me of the communist era korytarze long, narrow and uneven and with lack of drcorative taste ie even in paint colour on walls wikok na mury, prosze powiesic nawet stuczne kwiaty lub street art as is depressing and unacceptible to the eye front desk is understaffed at pesk hrs kf chechout and checkin...ie only 2 stations open conceirge unavailable as has dual duty of bellboy as wellabove.. why why? overall poor rating as price for nights stay was stay at lack of any drawers ...yes the cubes are in vogue but a couple of drwyers is imperative for intimate apperell
Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were lovely. So convenient for Krakow city centre. Really appreciated a late check out at no extra cost.
Room was well decorated and extremely comfortable, but was not cleaned to standard of this class of hotel.
Free wifi was really good in the rooms - one code for all room residents and devices for the whole stay. The location was excellent and the view from was to the park from the rooms facing the street. Close to the Wawel Castle and Market Square. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Air condition worked well.
They should have more twin bed rooms. The hotel was full and we arrived late in the evening and could not get anymore twin bed. We upgraded and got a bigger room with twin bed with a fairly small additional cost.
Location is good - close to the main square. Rooms are okay as well.
Some of the staff acted inappropriately for the Radisson standard. Price was too high for what is offered!
