E' il secondo Radisson che ho utilizzato, il primo era a Praga, e a Cracovia si confermano le ottime caratteristiche della catena. La rete Wireless e' da migliorare |

la posizione è ottima per visitare la città purtroppo mi hanno fatto pagare la quota per mia figlia,11 anni,che dormiva in camera con me e mia moglie.Quando ho prenotato era scritto che non pagava.100 euro in più!!!!!! |

Preparazione dello staff e gentilezza. Servizi all'ospite qualificati. Pulizia e estrema vicinanza al centro storico. Gentilezza e disponibilità anche nello spedire una cosa dimenticata in albergo. E' un albergo internazionale ma purtroppo non parlano assolutamente l'italiano |

Staff were extremely helpful especially in relation to booking day trips and recommending the best restaurants and activities while in Krakow. Location is the best of all the major hotels main square and castle are all within easy reach. Hot food at breakfast generally always seemed to be cold. |

It was ok. Nothng spectacular. What you would expect from a big chain hotel. The sauna was switched off and took too long to heat up |

The Hotel was well located in the city centre and the rooms and general Hotel was clean and presented well The Food was terrible and overpriced. We had 3 meals which were all below standard. The main course of a rack of pork was not touched as it looked off. All other meals were dissapointing. We will not be back as there are many more decent Hotels in the area. |

The location was excellent. Just at the edge of the old town. Walking distance of everywhere. Has to be the best breakfast I have ever had! Went for the 'all you can eat' surf and turf, everything we expected and more from a high class hotel. High recommended. |

the feeling of comfort and relaxed athmosphere in a bright spacious surroundings did not like the way the staff member called to the door early on morning of departure to check the fridge. Prior notice would have been appreciated instead of just walking in on us whilst we were packing |

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable room with desirable bathroom and toiletries, charming and helpful staff. Dinner at the hotel was disappointing compared to our dining out experiences as the steak was very tough. |

Reception staff very accommodating with my late check-in and late check-out. Did in fact join the Radisson reward program during this stay. No - I will stay there again if I have to visit Krakow again. A free upgrade to an executive room would be nice! |

service from staff was great. Breakfast was very good with great selection and freshness. dinner in the restaurant was unfortunatly average and also tried something from the snack menu that didnt meet my expectations. more extensive dinner menu. |
