Romslige og rene rom (dobbel rom). Romslig og rent bad. Complementary vannflasker på rommet hver dag. Veldig god service i resepsjonen og ved frokosten og i restauranten. God og appetittlig frokost buffè. Mykere madrasser. De var veldig harde å sove på. |

Var der kun 2 døgn. Men sengene var gode, frokosten var bra og det var høy servicefaktor hos de ansatte. Lobbybaren kunne vært oppe litt lengere enn til 12/1 |

The hotel is very smart and clean with a modern design and ideally located for exploring Kraków. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We have stayed at other Radisson hotels and find them very good places to stay. No, everything was perfect. |

A friendly hotel with a touch of class. Excellent facilities with a bar, restaurants and snacks available. All staff we came into contact with spoke very good english and were extremely helpful. The standard bedroom was large, well furnished, clean and bright. Tea + Coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of drinking water daily. Very central location. Breakfast, whilst plentiful in choice and quantity was, at best, only luke-warm. |

Location was excellent. Some members of staff were very friendly and helpful- others were not. They were not rude but just...not particularly friendly.. Hotel was clean- sauna was a nice touch. Overall a lovely stay- would love to stay again if there was any special offers. |

This hotels location is a excellent , and the staff , quality of the rooms were up to what you would expect .The breakfast was varied and great value..... Only one problem was we were not staying there long enough !! |

Staff were extremely helpful especially in relation to booking day trips and recommending the best restaurants and activities while in Krakow. Location is the best of all the major hotels main square and castle are all within easy reach. Hot food at breakfast generally always seemed to be cold. |
