I felt the staff were very helpful and aimed to satisfy. The rooms were modern and clean. Location was good, a little bit away from the main square but this meant it was quiet and still within a ten minute walk to the square. |

The staff were excellent; friendly, helpful, and very professional. Isabel on reception was very very good. Yes, I did not like the bar and reception area being used for a wedding and blocked to hotel guests. And why no stairs? When coaches arrived with lots of guests the lifts were blocked for quite some time. We waited for 20 minutes to go from the ground to the 5th floor. |

i only stayed for one night but the view was good and the staff were nice i stayed during sunday and everything was closed even the room service but at least the staff gave us some menues for takeouts resturants |

The hotel is very near centre of Wroclaw so no transport required.The room was a good size. Liesure facilities were adequate. For a hotel this class you would expect someone to take your bags to your room. |

Although I stayed only one night I found the staff very friendly and the service good. To my surprise they served me in the restaurant at 10.45 at night! The food was excellent at very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and a good size. Although the room had a double bed, there were two single duvets. |

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The food quality was absolutely amazing. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. |

The staff were excellent !! My Partner left his i phone in the room your staff bent over backwards to find aaaaaaand posted it back with in 2 days. We will be coming back to Poland in september and will definatley be staying at the Radisson . Please pass on my thanks to your wonderful staff Kind Regards David Russell |

The room was large and comfortable. It was very busy in the breakfast room, but I had to ask 4 times for cups (muesli, fruit salad) and big spoons, which were out, although there were at least 6 service people working, but not really motivated and unloving in serving me with coffee etc. |

The hotel is not directly in the center, but within walking distance (15 minutes). The room is what you would expect for a Radisson SAS in this area. If I was staying in a larger city, I would expect more from a 5 star hotel. |

Radisson is the best hotel chain!! Internet free, gym, sauna, nice restaurant and rooms, maybe the breakfast should be included in my opinion. A bit expensive but just a bit |
