In general, we were very satisfied.

The only minus was the breakfast offered by chef's menu, I do not expect in a 5 star hotel to get a waffer from the supermarket and a cold pancake, waiting for it more than 30 minutes... Improve that or do not offer it at all, the variety of the breakfast is good itself.

Very good location, near all the most important attractions. Room very spacy, comfortable and well-equipped. Tasty breakfast with a rich and fine selection of food. Very kind reception staff with good English, as well as the restaurant personnel.

We stayed only 2 nights there and the cleaning room service arrived a bit late the cleaning work wasn't accurate. They very quickly arranged the bed and the empty shampoo boxes weren't replaced with the new ones. Quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

Staff was very friendly and polite, our room was spacious and clean - what more do one need? Also, making a reservation through booking.com in advance allowed us to obtain a very good rate. It was a perfect choice!

Hotel is good enaugh and service is nice. Rooms are large. If you like to eat a lot take the breackfest cause the town is not that preaty and food at the main square is just 2/10.

please change old-style TV sets and clean the indoor square. Put some flowers or make a nice park inside as it costs little and the effect is outstanding.

Good location, tasty breakfast with quite a big choice, extras included in the price of business class room, which was offerred for free as an upgrade.

Nobody informed that the room which we booked with a king size bed was not available - instead we received a different room with two small single beds which were very narrow and light as well as there was no blanket for two people, even after calling a cleaning service; there was also only one thin pillow and bed was rather uncomfortable. Shower glass in bathroom was open and water was going down on floor.

One Touch Service is convenient and works in a proper way

There were some hairs in the bathroom and dust on TV and table
