Relativ ruhige Lage. Hilfsbereites, nettes Personal.

Bei Ankunft teilte uns die Rezeption mit, dass die beiden gebuchten Appartements (1 mal 2 Personen, 1 mal 1 Person) leider nicht verfügbar seien. Grund: Polen sei zur Zeit touristisch sehr überlaufen. Als Ersatz bot man uns eine Maisonnette-Wohnung für 3 Personen an. Die 3. Person würde - gratis - in einem Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer schlafen können. Als wir dies ablehnten und auf unserer Buchung beharrten, bekamen wir schließlich die beiden Appartements - angeblich in einer besseren Kategorie - selbstverständlich ohne Aufpreis! --- Teilweise chaotisches Frühstücksbuffet: oft nichts nachgelegt oder längere Zeit gar nichts vorhanden! Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Buffet.

Auch mit dem Navi nicht leicht zu finden.

Man hat viel Platz.

Man kann die fenster nicht öffnen und die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage nervt ein wenig.

Fabulous suites for the price if you get them on a deal. Location is also superb- very hard to beat.

None of the kitchen electrics (kettle, toaster etc) had long enough cords to reach overhead (?!) sockets. Strangely old tv and threadbare towels.

Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were available, which were very convenient to stay long.

It was difficult to find this hotel. I could find a signboard of the hotel on a street, but the signs on the building and doors were small and inconspicuous.

Friendliness of the staff -- and location.You cannot just beat it

Breakfast buffet -- poor selection (bread,tea,cold meats, cheese -- the last two looked rther tired)

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during the weekend. Great location. You can find everything what You need withing walking distance: shops, bars and restaurants, sightseeing. Staff was very friendly too.

First morning water at the shower was hardly warm. On the evening of the second day heating was off. It wasnt cold, nor impossible to take a shower, but seemed little bit strange...

Design and comfort

Room service (we didn t receive our order) Restaurant waiter not speaking english. Not much available on the menu (no desert at all)

This is our second visit to Residence Diane? As on the first visit, we chose it for the location. It is fabulous, in the centre of Warsaw and all the Restaurants as well as Bus transportation to the Airport and all areas of the City. The Hotel is in a completely renovated building. But this time around, it is getting a little tired. Some painting of rooms is in order. The rooms themselves are spacious and the small effcy is very handy for light meals. Some attention should be given to incomplete dish sets in the unit. Staff is pleasant if not overwhelming. Breakfast price very expensive, it is best to provide your own from Grocery stores nearby. But the location overcomes all deficiencies. Will stay there again.

As noted above, the rooms are getting a little tired. A little paint is in order. Dish sets not complete in efficiency unit. No dish towels provided, only paper towels which were not adequate for drying.

Nice area; good public transport connections; calm; big very nice room: living, dressing, whirlpool; also recommended for a longer stay;

Fixed windows .. a slight minus if you need fresh air

The location is great. You're next door to everything. Same time, it's quiet and peaceful and the rooms are large, and you have tea kettle in a small kitchen + two bathrooms. I stayed at this place a few times and I'm happy to say that the place is keeping up with times. The men who worked at the reception were both very nice and very helpful, I want to really thank them for making us feel welcome and at home.

We booked non-smoking room but the girl who checked us in, gave smoking. Moreover, she insisted that it was our own problem. When we showed booking's confirmation saying "non-smoking", she said, Ok, take this room anyway as there's nothing left except for this. Things like overbooking happen, no problem. But her attitude is completely at odds with working at a hotel. I almost put 1 out of 10 for this hotel because of her, however the other guys at the reception are so much better. ++Breakfast is not good at all, walk out - turn left - left again, and you're at 'Between Us' cafe which serves fantastic breakfasts for half the price (25-29 zl). Highly recommended.

this was the most wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the old town very convenient to the railway station and also to anywhere you might wish to visit.we did not have enough time to do what we wanted to do and intend to visit again and stay at this hotel. the breakfast was very generous also

absolutely no complaints

I liked best the location an the confort of the room.

The cleaning and the cheanging of the towls was don very bad.
