Rooms are big and clean, location is just perfect. Restaurant at "porta 13" could be better. Also the staff at breakfast could improve their so called "service" |

The hotel location is really nice - by walk you can look historical part ofthe city, all the restaurants and shops are near. Speaking about the room- it was rather big and with the kitchen even, Separate bath and toilet, lots of place and simply design I didnt like the service and there were no sleepers or big towel in the room. And that breakfest was giving not in Porto13 but in room near it with only one window:( |

It is so wonderful. This hotel is one of the best hotels which I have ever stayed. The location is good. The room is very big, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant on the ground floor is also nice. In addition to them, the rate is very reasonable. |

When you enter the room you feel like 'home'. The room I rented was big and luxurious with a nice bathroom. The television was really old-fashion. There was a full option kitchen, with coffee maker but... 'no coffee'...! But these two points doesn't make the hotel bad! |

The price is without VAT , but is written that VAT is included in booking.co . I think you should check with hotel about real prices. |

Everything was perfect in the hotel! They took security deposit, but did not told about that, I discovered that when I saw my bank statement. They should tell it before they took off money. |

Fantastic Appartment with all facilities necessary for a mid term stay. The hotel is extremely difficult to find if you don't know the way in Warsaw. Therefore proper signs are needed to give visitors the right direction. \However these are lacking. |

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Walking distance to the old town, shopping centers and more... Hotel is little bit difficult to find. Need a bigger sign in front of the hotel. The cost of food at the hotel restaurant and telephone calls, too pricy. |

The room was beautiful. It took one hour to find it. You cannot access the hotel from the street it has as an address. The breakfast should be included in the room price. The room is expensive, yet the breakfast costs and additional 18 EUR for a buffet. It is ridiculous. |
