good location (15 min. walk to Old Town), quiet (recessed from street), very spacious rooms (the "One Bedroom Suite" even has a separate guest bathroom!) , very knowledgeable English speaking staff,TV incl CNN and Internet in rooms.

Room rate on the high end of the spectrum for similar hotels.

Room # 207 The staff was unaware of anything since they were new. No explanations of anything at the time of checking in. No instructions of no sort on the desk by the phone. I did not know how to call the front desk, later to find out there was a simple printed piece of paper next to the bed with barely any info. There were no hangs in the main closet of the suite. I had to get the front desk staff to retrieve a few for me. Later to find out they were all in the small closet next to the bed. The laundry paper to order service had no choice for underwear. At breakfast they had no one to staff the sign up sheet therefore they had laid out a print of all the guest names and their room number. A security issue and very unprofessional. The hotel is in need of a managing staff that know how to run a hotel. Current managing staff must go!!!!

Very clean and friendly, helpful staff, plus great location.

We had a suite apartment it was cozy and fully equipped with lichen ( we used the facilities) & it was clean.

The room had stale cigarette smell not sure why because its a non smoking room.

Excellent Apparthotel: excellent location (20 minutes by foot to royal castle, 5 minutes to Warszava Centralna), excellent room equipment; very comfortable, cosy and spacious room. Hard to evaluate the staff as I haven't used their assistance, but desk people were very friendly. Price/value is excellent.

The proximity to the centre of Warsaw including the Old Town, the parks,and train services.

The staff was very prompt and helpful providing us with a crib for our son. The room is large, and DIY washer and dryers were great since we stayed there after a long trip. The location is excellent! Tucked in a private ally and minutes walking to a large mall, Starbucks and the main street that leads to Old Town.

Ikea furniture abounds, but hey, that's Poland.

Loved staying in the hotel as our room was very well designed and comfortablle which made our three days in Warsaw a very enjoyable experience.

Your inform sheet says that detergent can be provided at the desk and it is not so we decided not to do our wash at the hotel. Whille the entrance is lovely the surroundings could be improved but it is not on your property that may be a problem such as graffiti etc

Lovely Rooms and great location

The set-up of the suites with the kitchenette was excellent and eased the stress of having to run out to eat in restaurants. Furniture was extremely comfortable and well selected. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location of the hotel was ideal. I cannot complain about anything and have recommended it to anyone I have spoken to. It was suggested to me by my nephew Charles Frdorowicz from the uk as he stayed there also with his family at the same time. Staff was extremely helpful in every way. Thank you very much.

I was sorry I wasn't staying longer... the location is ideal, a block away from Nowy Swiat, so you don't really hear any of the hustle and bustle from the street, close to multiple bus and tram stops, not too far from the main train station and in walking distance of the Old Town. Stylish, modern, comfortable, and the bed was the most comfortable I've had at a hotel in a long time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to get me all the info I needed. I would most definitely stay at Mamaison Residence Diana again if I have the chance to visit Warsaw again, and have already recommended it to friends.

The air condition did not work and it was 36 degrees

Rooms are spacious, nice location in the city. I have been several times in Diana, and can say, that the staff at reception has improved a lot compared to last years. Good receptionists now!!!

1) Some of the rooms are very runned down. Holes and stains in the carpet and sofa, mold on the shower tiles, very old televisions (no flatscreen). For the price i am expecting more. 2) The hotel manager itself is unfriendly and not very professional!! We had similar experiences with her a couple of years ago, too. She complained about a "dirty" towel with makeup on it and wanted us to pay for it extra after we spent over 1000 Euro for 3 nights and regular visiting the hotel in the last years. Very poor!!!
