The room was beautiful.

It took one hour to find it. You cannot access the hotel from the street it has as an address. The breakfast should be included in the room price. The room is expensive, yet the breakfast costs and additional 18 EUR for a buffet. It is ridiculous.

There were no lotion abd tooth brush/paste tooth, no iron board. Poor shower gel, difficult to access.

Marvelous room. Air Conditioning. Location is great. All services you need are nearby. Food store on the corner, nice kitchenette, so you can cook your own breakfast. Very good value for the money. 9+

There was no mention about debosit forehand. When we arrived to check in, it was first time we heard about it. Deposit for two night stay was 900 pln. For budjet travellers it may be a problem. Loud techo music in the reseption was annoying.

Great apartment to stay. / Washing machines were free and always available. PC by the reception was free, too. Good staffs at reception. Changing used towels and trash box everyday. / Location was also excellent. Near restaurant area and important streets. If only adults, walkable to king's castle and old town.

1. The room was very clean, and well maintained, with everything looking in new or very good condition. 2. The kitchen was well equipped, with more than just the basics. 3. The entertainment system was good (TV, Satellite, DVD, CD player, etc). 4. There were a lot of electrical sockets, all over the room. 5. Many large closets. 6. Phone and Ethernet sockets in several locations. 7. City center.

1. The "drape" at the bath/shower did not cover all the area, so when showering some water got to splash out of the bath and into the floor of the bathroom. 2. When leaving my suitcase for keeping at the reception, they just held it behind the counter, and didn't require any token/verification to hand it back to me later. When I took my suitcase, they almost gave me an additional bag (not mine).

hotel overbooked 3 of us which is inexcusable when they have the credit card number as a guarantee , they did rebook us into a 4 star hotel which was OK but this shoulkd not happen

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Internet access just great - good speed, zero connection problems, i used it for my business applications and mail and it was better than in many hotels - yet free. The hotel is superbly located, yet very quiet. The staff is very friendly and ready to attend to all your needs. It is an excellent place - definitely recommended.

The electrical sockets location in the kitchenette is bizarre. The tv channels selection through satellite tuner is not easily accessible for people without flair for these things.

I have stayed in numerous hotels and apartments in Warsaw centre, but this is by far the best. Top marks.
