Hotel Restauracja Piwnica Rycerska  

We stayed for three nights, and I'd have a hard time finding a fault with the first two. The rooms are newly renovated with spotless modern bathrooms. Saturday night the noise from the club could be heard on our (3rd) floor, but we were warned about that both when booking and when we arrived, and frankly had no problem with it. The receptionist went out of her way to find a phone charger for us when we noted we forgot ours. Unfortunately the internet stopped working during our last 24 hours which was very problematic for us, and there were some issues with the included breakfast. We were told it was not available as there was a large group staying in the hotel, but later were brought a smaller selection of items. If you absolutely must have internet (as we did), this may not be the ideal place, but it is a terrific place otherwise. We would definitely return.

The only issue was the unreliable internet. Unfortunately the hotel was not able to address this during our stay.

Beautiful hotel and Restaurant. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back. Not necessarily "on the beaten path" but I think that's part of the appeal! Well worth the money.

Due to construction, we had some issues getting there, but it didn't take away from our stay just added a few minutes to our trip. Probably not the best hotel for families with multiple children.

Camera ampia. Ottimo ristorante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

L'hotel é situato a pochi km di distanza dal campo di Auschfitz, nella tranquilla cittadina di Kety. Le camere, ad esclusione di quelle ricavate nel sottotetto, sono ampie, pulite e ben accessoriate. Nonostante la presenza del ristorante annesso all'hotel, di notte si riposa molto tranquillamente. Molto buono e consigliato il ristorante dell'hotel, serve piatti di buona qualità, serviti in modo molto particolare ed il prezzo é conveniente.

Evitate le stanze ricavate nel sottotetto, sono bollenti (specie ad agosto) e l'aria condizionata esce da una piccola "grata" posta sul pavimento a fianco al letto, non regolabile e assolutamente insufficiente ad abbassare la temperatura della stanza. La colazione é prevista fino alle 10, ma giá alle 9 scarseggiano brioches e salumi. Alla nostra richiesta di altre brioches, ci é stato risposto che non ce n'erano piú..ed erano solo le 9...

Camera molto ampia, pulitissima e molto buona la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

フロントやレストランのスタッフの皆さんは親切で、感じが良いです。お部屋も広く、お掃除も行き届いていま- した。レストランも雰囲気のあるつくりで、すてきです。

お部屋が少し暗いと思いました。パソコンを机でやる際、すぐ上に電気がないので、昼間は良いですが夜は少し- 不便でした。卓上に電気スタンドはありますが、コンセントの差し込み口が少ないので、パソコンを使ってしま- うと寒い日はストーブをつけなければならず、そこでも一つ使ってしまうので電気スタンドをつけることができ- ません。あと、ちょうど寒い日に宿泊してしまったせいか、お部屋も寒く感じました。小さなストーブがあるだ- けだったのでつらかったです。そのストーブも点けてもすぐに消えてしまい、しばらくすると点いて、その後ま- た消える。。。の繰り返しで、また困りました。
