Everything, location inside Torun was excellent inside Stare Miasto and close to the old town market (3 min walk), the staff was very polite and friendly and helped us a lot with maps, buses etc. The breakfast was awesome for a 3 stars hotel. Room big, clean and confortable with free bottles of water.

I stayed at the Retman for 4 nights during a conference and it provided everything I needed. Internet was included in the price of the room (although the signal wasn't brilliant), the bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. The breakfast spread was varied - typical continental meat, cheese, eggs. I'm vegan and they allowed me to keep a carton of soy milk in their fridge so that I could have cereal in the morning. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - although I wouldn't have minded a hand with my luggage up the steep stairs! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location Location Location:) Right in a city centre- beside my favourites places. Because of that, I felt realy safe to stay there by myself. Room was small, but clean and comfy. Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull (receptionist didn't mind when I brought my friends to the room and asked him for some tea cups:). Unfortunately my room no 2 was placed just beside the stairs and between officess - therefore I could hear staff conversation at night and everybody going down the stairs early in the morning...Next time I will bear in mind not to stay in that particular room.

The staff were far beyond the friendliest I have ever known. The wee I stayed he was extremely enjoyable and I would not hesitate to stay again. The food was fantastic and prices was excellent I could not fault my stay here at all

We liked! We drive often from Gdynia to Hungary and sleep in Torun. Size of the hotel is good, staff nice, room cosy, food lovely! Old town beautiful. Next time back if there is still a nice price!

Very well located and close to all the main attractions. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The bed had seen much better days and in all honesty we found it uncomfortable. The steep stairs might present a problem to some. We were fine with them though. The advertised cellar bar was not open while we were there which may or may not have been a blessing in disguise.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum nad Wisłą, wszędzie bardzo blisko. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła I uprzejma. Smaczne I schludnie podane śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Hotel z pokojami dla palących I mimo że w swoim pokoju nie paliliśmy papierosów to było w nim czuć ich zapach. Prawdopodobnie dostawał się do pokoju systemem wentylacji z innego pokoju. Obok hotelu znajduje się restauracja, w której w weekendowe noce jest bardzo głośno co utrudnia wypoczynek.

Уютные, аккуратные номера, идеально подходящие для романтического отдыха. Удивительно вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Приятно, что проводили хорошую уборку номера, а в ресторане радовали вкуснейшими блюдами как во время шведского стола, так и в составе основного меню. Месторасположение доставляло особенное удовольствие - тихая улочка, но до старого города всего пару шагов! Красивые, но не очень удобные винтовые лестницы. В номере отсутствовал фен :(

Nie ma zastrzeżeń. Spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania w swojej klasie. Wysoki standard. Z parkowaniem auta nie było problemów, na ulicy można parkować odpłatnie i w pobliżu 200-300 m jest większy parking strzeżony. Cisza, spokój, czystość, pomoc obsługi w razie potrzeby, konkretna inforamacja. Nie potrzeba się zastanawiać. (Brak windy w starej kamienicy jest zrozumiały i nam nie przeszkadzał).
