The staff was really kind and helpful in the reception. I enjoyed the abundant breakfast indeed. Smoking is permitted in the hotel rooms (as apparently everywhere in Poland). It is a bad combination with fitted carpet for people with a sensitive nose. The pillow and bed could have been much better. |

Well run hotel housed in a beautiful old building. Helpful staff. Good traditional breakfast. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. |

The hotel is ok in terms of amenities. Friendly staff and possibility t dine late. Monitored parking is an asset. Close to the Manufaktura shopping mall Location is excentric, signs leading to the hotel are missing. |

la colazione alla svedese e alla carta, no buffet, no possibilità di scegliere, il wifi non funziona, camera poco confortevole, poco sapone, posizione dell'albergo vicina al centro storico ma in una zona per niente sicura dopo le 20 di sera, quindi non girate da soli. Insomma non ci tornerei mai, anche perchè con quello che si spende ho girato alberghi moooolto più belli! |

Enfin une réception qui parle français! Le décor intérieur (art déco) très agréable. Du café soluble a mettre dans l'eau chaude au petit déjeuner. |

Hyvä parkkipaikka hotellin pihassa. Maksoi tosin 24 zlotyä yö.Siisti tyylikäs hotelli. Pitkä kävelymatka kauppakaduille. Sijainti näytti ympäristöltään todella epäsiistiltä. |

obsługa, czysto w pokoju, czysta łazienka, duży wybór na śniadaniu, "drugie" śniadanie na drogę bez dodatkowych kosztów:-) dostęp do Internetu. blisko do centrum, łatwy dojazd pokoje "od ulicy" są zdecydowanie za głośne, a zamknięcie okna dla ograniczenia hałasu sprawia, że w pokoju jest duszno. myślę, że klimatyzacja z powodzeniem rozwiązałaby sprawę |

Duże, przestrzenne pokoje. Zmieściło się nie tylko łóżko, ale także stolik, krzesełka i fotel. Lodówka, którą niestety odkryliśmy późno, ale mimo to przydała się. Pomimo, że w restauracji tego dnia odbywało się wesele, w pokoju praktycznie się go nie słyszało. Trochę smutna/sztywna obsługa w restauracji, ale to pewnie dlatego, że szykowali to wesele. Nie jest to duży minus, raczej sugestia. Więcej luzu i uśmiechu :-) |
