Great location in the old town. Castle view from bedroom. Small and friendly.

Small Polish duvets!

We stayed at the Waksman just for two nights in April, in very cold, snowy weather. The location is super - right in the old town of Lublin, next to the gate that led out to the castle, and a minute's walk to the old Rynek with plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and had 24-hour reception, although there were only a few rooms. The small breakfast room was pleasant, and there was a small lounge, too. The whole hotel was nicely decorated with interesting furniture. We had room 1, which was just big enough for two people and had a good bathroom. Each room had its own hot water boiler, and we found there was just enough hot water for two showers. The breakfast was good quality, and there was plenty of choice of cold food, given the size of the hotel, and we were asked each morning if we would like hot food cooked for us. We had a good time.

We thought the bed was ok, but not great, and one of the pillows had hardly any stuffing in it at all! If we had stayed longer, we would have asked if they had a spare one. Fruit at breakfast would have been nice, but this isn't a complaint - we were pretty impressed with the breakfast on the whole.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, close to the bus station yet inside the old city walls. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

As it was December I wasn't warm enough in my room. But staff did provide extra blankets on request.

Room was big and clean.

Very difficult to find it. Navigation doesn't find address. After a call to hotel, they gave me other address. It was no problem to find it, but after arrival to new address it was unimpossible to find hotel. After another call to the hotel finaly I found it. Hotel was in 10 minutes by walk to the high mountain withs my bags in hands. After arriving to the hotel they gave a room in 3 floor with no elevator but narrow stairs. A lot of sport.

Location and the atmosphere of the building!!!Really romantic

We simply liked everything in residencja Waksman. Hotel staff were always very polite and helpful, breakfast very tasty and drinks always available, room was always cleaned, and the location...couldn't ask for better one!!! I really liked that staff was there 24/7 that we didnt have to hurry home and could enjoy night life of Lublin. We will definitely come back.

There is nothing bad I can say about Rezydencja Waksman.

great location in the centre of Lublin. Furniture and decor are antique style, very well put together with a lot of thought. so good value.

Location is execellent, so is the staff too.

Beds could have been better.

Fantastic location on the edge of the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff. A kind of "oldish" but cozy room.

Running out of warm water after 10 min of a shower. 90% of the tv program is Arabic (more than 60ish channels).

Being rudely accosted by the owner's wife after challenging the meaning of apartment which was in fact only a studio - could have been easily resolved, instead of requiring me to pay the booking.com fees and extra. I felt aggrieved when the amount was in fact small and it ruined my stay

Historical atmosphere; friendly, english-speaking, flexible staff

Hotel itself was nice and quiet, but there were big concerts every evening at the castle area, The noise coming from there was terrible and lasted even 12.30 at the night, Also the pubs next door made terrible noise, for example by playing instruments in the middle of the night, Shouting from the streets was very disturbing.

It was located in a great place, The staff was very helpful. The rooms were quite nice.

It would have been nice to have better towels.

Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Очень удобен по месту расположения. уютный. Имеет паркинг. что редко для старого города.

Sentral beliggenhet og hyggelig personale. Koselige rom i gammel stil.

Likte ikke at vi ikke fant hotellet, da det lå ca 100 meter fra der hvor det skal være iflg. Internett. Burde vært mulighet for en kald Cola eller en isbit.

Готель має прекрасне розташування, дуже затишно.

Довелося декілька разів довго (більше 10 хвилин !) чекати перш ніж відкриють двері до готелю (персонал не озивався на дзвінки). Не зрозуміло, чому не видати клієнтам крім ключів від номеру ключі від зовнішніх дверей, адже в готелі всього 6 номерів.
