The hotel room was nice and clean, staff was very helpful and informative (weather conditions, local attractions etc.), great location for active people (pretty much in the middle of the hiking trails and downtown). |

Pierwszy raz spotkalismy sie z taka sytuacja,zeby ogrzewanie w pokoju wlaczano o godzinie 17,gdzie doba hotelowa zaczyna sie o 14, bylo bardzo zimno,nie wybrazam sobie byc tam z malym dzieckiem,nawet wtedy gdy wlaczono ogrzewanie grzejniki byly zaledwie letnie,nie wspomne o poranku,gdzie byly juz zimne. |

sehr nette Mitarbeiter und den Umstaenden entsprechend gut eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Zimmer - ist nun mal kein 5* Hotel; auch die Außenanlagen, Bar und Restaurant - durchweg empfehlenswert fast nicht erwaehnenswert, da alle anderen Kriterien durchweg positiv bewertete werden koennen, aber die Lage etwas "ab vom Schuss" ist weniger erfreulich |

Dobra lokalizacja, przystepna cena, duzy pokoj i duza jasna lazienka choc mikroskopijna kabina prysznicowa w ogromnej lazience wyglada smiesznie brak windy jest dosc uciazliwy- szczegolnie jesli mieszka sie na ostatnim pietrze, w pokoju straszy stara i brudna wykladzina, brak jednorazowych mydel, szamponow, czegokolwiek, jak na ten standard jest zaskakujacy, ogolnie hotel wyglada lepiej z zewnatrz niz od srodka. |

bardzo milo zostaliśmy przywitani w pierwszych minutach pobytu, jak również bardzo miła obsługa przy barze, także jeśli miałbym wraz z żoną ponownie przebywać w Karpaczu to nie szukałbym innego miejsca, u was jest odpowiednio. jedna mała drobnostka, chodzi o okno balkonowe w pokoju w którym byliśmy zameldowani , niestety nie ma na nim żadnej zasłony a na wprost są inne budynki i czuliśmy lekki dyskomfort |

Zentrale Lage in Karpac, ruhige Lage (abneds/nachts), angenehmes Ambiente Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine größere Baustelle, Baustrellenlärm von morgens sieben bis abends 21.00 Uhr |

Lokalizacja, duży parking, bardzo dobry bufet śniadaniowy, miła i sympatyczna obsługa, dobre ceny posiłków. Brak windy ( mieszkaliśmy na ostatniej kondygnacji ). |

hotel położony jest w atrakcyjnej okolicy, blisko do szlaków i do głównego deptaka w mieście, w hotelu jest dostęp do internetu i dosyć duży parking, brakuje w hotelu pomieszczenia z komfortowymi kanapami, na których można posiedzieć w wolnej chwili albo wieczorem, poczytać gazetę, etc, ponieważ w pokojach jest dosyć ciasno - gościowi zostaje tylko leżenie lub siedzenie na krzesełku, obsługa hotelu powinna jeszcze trochę się podszkolić |

netter Empfang, nette MitarbeiterInnen, leckeres Essen, Sauna, freier Internetzugang,deutschsprachige Verständigung, Ausblick auf die Schneekoppe, Anbindung an den Ort wie an die Landschaft,erkennbar weiterer Ausbau, das Bier an der Bar, Flexibilität der MitarbeiterInnen,insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert eigentlich nichts im Hinblick auf die Aufbauleistung, noch etwas unterdurchschnittliche Zimmereinrichtung ( nur eine kleine Nachttischlampe im DZ, fehlende Aufhängemöglichkeit für Kleidung im Bad, Handtuchhalter und -Heizung waren aber vorhanden) |

Zum Ski fahren war es ein sehr gutes Hotel !!! Weiter so =) Es gab kein Telefon im Zimmer,trotzdem war es sehr angenehm dass die Mitarbeiter uns das Telefon reichten. |
