Pleasant atmosphere; good breakfast; little noise in the hotel; situated in a calm street; not too far (walking distance) from the city centre The music in the breakfast-room was a bit loud; we every morning switched it to level '2' where it was originally put on '5'. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable room. About 20 minutes walk along the river to Wavel Castle. Good tram link to the city centre. Very good value. No real milk only UHT. There was a satellite box for the TV but I could only get about 4 polish channels. |

Blij verrast bij aankomst. Hele nette kamer, zeer nette douche en toilet. Wij waren met z'n drieën en hadden twee kamers geboekt met aparte bedden. Prijs toch zeer redelijk. Ontbijt was verzorgd. In hotel kun je excursies boeken naar o.a. zoutmijn en Auschwitz. Voor vervoer wordt dan gezorgd. Ook taxi naar vliegveld kan vanuit hotel worden geregeld.Goed adres. |

Het was mijn eerste kennismaking met Krakau, en überhaupt met Polen, en dit hotel heeft zeker meegeholpen aan de positieve indruk die ik eraan heb overgehouden! Het is een eenvoudig maar prima hotel, gelegen in een rustige straat, voor zover ik kon beoordelen ook in een rustige buurt. Het historische centrum van Krakau ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten te voet, prima te doen dus! Maar indien gewenst kan men uiteraard ook gebruik maken van taxi of openbaar vervoer. Ik was nergens echt ontevreden over, ik heb hen wel (in hun enquête) kleine dingen geadviseerd, bijvoorbeeld het afdekken (met plastic folie) van de plakjes kaas en vlees bij het (overigens uitstekende!) ontbijtbuffet. |

Het apartament hotel ligt in een zeer rustige straat.Openbaar vervoer is op loop afstand(Tram).Er werd goed engels gesproken Ik had een toer naar Auschwitz besteld.Het tour busje was precies op tijd.Op de heenweg had ik een busje per internet besteld.Die stond prompt op mij te wachten op het vliegplein van Krakow.De stad zelve is steeds verstopt door auto verkeer.Op de terug reis naar het vliegplein heb ik een taxi naar het station genomen,en toen de airport train(kost 7 zloties voor een enkeltje)> Dit is eeen betere optie dan een taxi,,vanwege het zware verkeer.Hoogachtend A.F Siraa |

Удобное расположение отеля - на тихой улице в 15-20мин пешком от центра. Хороший завтрак, дружелюбный персонал. Удобный, стильный номер. В номере нет кондиционера, летом возможны проблемы. Слабая шумозащита - хорошо слышно людей разговаривающих на этаже. Не всегда отвечают на письма по e-mail. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück ist gut. Im Hotel ist es ruhig, von den Nachbarn ist so gut wie nichts zu hören. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeit, so dass man seine Toilettenartikel nur auf dem Waschbecken oder dem Fussboden unterbringen kann. |

Kolorystka pokoju. Czystość. Miła obsługa. Cicho zachowujące się Panie pokojowe. Żywe kwiaty w doniczkach (niestety plastykowych!). Tak trzymać! sztuczne kwiaty w jadalni, tkaniny na ścianach klatki schodowej, brak miejsca na kosmetyki przy lustrze w łazience. |

To mały hotel, cichy i spokojny, położony w dzielnicy, które jeszcze nie jest zalana turystami. Jak na krakowskie 3 gwiazdki, cena dość niska. Szkoda, ze brak lobby czy barku. Po południu właściwie nie ma personelu oprócz jednej osoby w recepcji, więc nie można zamówić np. uprasowania czegoś czy uprania. Ale zdaje sobie sprawę, ze dzięki temu hotel nie jest drogi. |

Veľmi ochotný a milý personál, ktorý sa snažil rozumieť slovensky, čo sa nám v Krakowe nestalo ani raz. Raňajky prekročili naše očakávanie, veľmi bohatý výber aj pre vegtariánov aj pre mäsožrútov :-) Aj keď sme v hoteli strávili iba 1 noc, chýbal mi malý uterák, k dispozícii bola iba veľká osuška. V kuchynke chýbala utierka na utretie šálky po večernom čaji. |

Het hotel ligt op redelijk korte afstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt wordt goed verzorgd en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er bestaat een mogelijkheid om de auto bewaakt te stallen. |

L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel loin du tumulte du centre historique de Cracovie ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se reposer après les nombreuses escapades. Je n'ai pas aimé le petit-déjeuner qui laisse de mulitples choix pour ceux qui aime le salé. Mais le choix est vite restreint pour les amateurs de sucré, je suis souvent restée sur ma faim. |

Wir waren mit dem Hotel Rezydencja sehr zufrieden. Unsere Auswahlkriterien waren: 1.) Nähe Altstadt und möglichst im Grünen - Volltreffer! Wohnviertel mit Park, die Weichselwiesen um die Ecke und 3 Minuten zur Tram, 3 Stationen zum Wawel. 2.) Preis-Leistung stimmt angenehm überein, gute und rel. neue Ausstattung, gemütlich-im Preisrahmen, reichhaltiges Frühstück in angenehmer Atmoshäre; 3.) Parkplatz - steht auf abgeschlossenem Hof preiswert zur Verfügung, direkt am Hotelhintereingang. 4.) Zum Schluß noch ein Lob an das Personal, durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam bemüht, problemlose Versändigung auf englisch. Alles in Allem: Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder. |
