Good location, 20 min. to market square (city center). Quiet, nice place. Buildings around require immediate renewing. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable room. About 20 minutes walk along the river to Wavel Castle. Good tram link to the city centre. Very good value. No real milk only UHT. There was a satellite box for the TV but I could only get about 4 polish channels. |

One of the receptionists was very friendly and helpul and the other staff were pleasant too. The room itself was very nice. One day my room had not been cleaned - bed unmade, towels unchanged. Also there was not enough vegetarian food available for breakfast. The hotel is not located in a particularly nice part of Cracov. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and its services were totally adequate and well worth the money. Quiet location, yet the city centre was within a reasonable range - consider using public transport systems though! Don't expect anything fancy, it's just a place to sleep, have breakfast and take a shower. |

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Very clean and modern. Top floor also has a kitchen with tea and coffee and cutlery - bring a kettle! No lift - not a problem for us but others who are older with heavy bags might find this an issue, although staff did offer to help with luggage |

The staff could not have been more proffesinal and polite. Thru the hotel we arranged a mini bus and guide for two days for 6 people. the price was cheaper than the advertised company's and the guide took us too a lot more sites for the same price. The breafast being continental with no other choices, but we are in poland and not the UK |

Miła atmosfera i obsługa. Duży pokój i nowoczesna, czysta łazienka. Bardzo miło jest też po długim dniu napić się herbaty/ kawy w pokoju. Drugiego dnia zapomniano nam wymienić ręczniki na świeże, zapewne to przeoczenie |

Sehr freundliches Personal, das auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. 24 h Stunden besetzte Rezeption; abgeschlossener und videoüberwachter Parkplatz. Moderne Zimmer, geräumiges Bad, angenehme Farbgestaltung. Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht ausreichend und an 2 (von 5) Tagen wurden die Betten nicht gemacht. |

Уютный номер. Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Место на закрытой парковке отеля. WiFi-интернет. Отель недалеко от центра города. Рядом супермаркет. Бесплатно все для чая в номере. Хотелось бы чуть больше разнообразия в завтраке (хотя качество и свежесть пищи - вполне хорошо). |
