Great location - right under the Wawel Royal Castle. Cute old-fashioned 19th century hotel with modern comforts. The restaurant offers delicious and very varied breakfast.
Very weak wifi signal in the room (217). I had to go out into the corridor for reliable signal reception.
Amazing location, breakfast, traditional style room, restaurant in the ground floor.
Carpets need more cleaning
1-Spacious room. 2-Good breakfast. 3-Good location. 4-Low prices. 5-Clean room. 6-Bathroom and beds were good.
1- We needed to ask for toilet papers a few times. Not enough toilet paper.
Smell of dampness
comfort of room
there was a smell especially in the corridors which seemed like bad drains
Wonderfully warm room, piping hot water, spacious room with high ceiling and huge windows, good wardrobe space and place to hang coats and store luggage. Wide choice of breakfast. Very helpful and nice staff. Great place to stay on a budget...couldn't be better.
Water in room but no kettle. Corridors a bit bleak but not a major consideration when the rooms were so good.
Excellent location, lovely big rooms, breakfast very good. No complaints
Great hotel in a perfect location to both the Kraków Old Town and the Jewish Area. Nice big rooms, clean and tidy. Well presented and big choice breakfast. Lovely view of the castle.
Very warm rooms with no ventilation. Opening the windows meant a lot of tram noise and tram fumes.
location is ok, more and less 500 mt from the main market square and next to the Wawel castle.
The location was perfect and was very different from the norm. Every room was different and you could upgrade if you wanted. Very very good value for the money we paid.
Like most European hotels no tea facilities in the room and we couldn't take a hot drink from restaurant to room
Location, bed and room.
Room 124 : Bathroom outdated by 30 years!
Location, staff, excellent food selection during breakfast, comfortable bed. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
We liked the location as it was close to the tram for hop on hop off. Just a few minutes walk from Wawel Castle and the cloth hall yet quiet enough not to hear the street noise. Perfect really. The food was excellent. Champagne for breakfast is a first but I could get used to it.I would certainly stay here again.
There are thoughtless people everywhere you stay. You know the ones who shout and yell and knock on doors at 4.30 in the morning because they can. Not the hotels fault but a nuisance just the same. Night security was a bit light……...
Location, price and comfort,
The noise of the trams that near to the Hotel is a bit bothering.
I liked the cleanliness, good supply of hot water, comfortable bed, the friendliness of the staff and the lovely scrambled egg at breakfast. I traveled as a solo pilgrim and the advice about Mass times and the details of the religious attractions was excellent.
The internet was very slow and had difficulty in making connections.
Very convenient location, large bedroom and bathroom, helpful staff and excellent dinner in restaurant with local entertainers.
Very helpful staff.Excellent restaurant, big portions and very good value for money.
On 23/10/2014 no wifi for many hours
Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and very central. Breakfast included was an extra perk and was delicious.
The bedrooms were not like advertised and I got quite a fright when I saw it as I was not expecting it. However having said that had I been aware I wouldn of minded as it was very resonable accommodation in centre of city. The bathroom was specifically for for disability orientated persons. While the room was clean the towels were old and worn and a different colour each. Also when I booked the room it said max 2 persons but there were 3 single beds.
Location, breakfast - good food & service in dining room
Twin beds when we asked for a double, cost of Auschwtiz tour compared to those offered elsewhere & tour had very poor guide compared to other guides working that day.
Breakfast and location
Really bad wifi Bathroom was bad - toilet was dirty and water came out with each flush and the shower grout was moldy. Water got on the floor easily from the shower as well.
We booked an economy twin room and they upgraded us to a deluxe double room. Crib for our 2-year-old was free. (The crib may have been the reason we were upgraded... it might not have fit in the economy twin room floorspace.)
wi-fi signal weak and really only available in the main lobby stairwell
Excellent location opposite Wawel Castle on direct tram route wíth Main Rail Station. Wonderful restuarant attached to hotel serving tradional polish beer, booking required. Good amentities in local area with the Old Town square accessible by the near Grozka Street.
Confusion that you eat breakfast in the adjacent restuarant but had to make booking for evening meals even if you are staying at the hotel.
