Lovely quiet spacious room on the 7th Floor. Comfy beds loads of towels and toiletries.Dressing gowns and slippers.Cafe Bristol lovely.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Noise from the extractor in the bathroom.

Location is great, right on the most attractive street in Warsaw. Breakfast menu is superb with good quality of food and variety. Luxurious but not to traditional in design. Staff are courteous and friendly and helpgul.

Reception area is too small when many people are checking in at the same time, it looks too crowded. One of the room we booked has air-con malfunction but we didn't know until we re-checked in second round, and when we inform them, they don't seem to care.

We stayed at the 7 th floor - the view was very niece. Room was spacious and nice design. Also the staff was very efficient.

In the morning we went to the cafe Bristol and there the staff was a bit disorganized, everything else perfect.

I stayed at Hotel Bristol for 4 nights and my main complaint about the hotel (among others) is that they tried to make me pay services I did not use&purchased! One evening we ate at the restaurant and they billed a dish higher value than it was. When I pointed this out, the waiter was very rude and told me to wait while they checked what was wrong. They checked and corrected the bill. I thought it was fine, since anyone can do such a mistake. But then when I checked out I checked the bill and there were items that I did not buy/used. I pointed those out and it took the guy at the reception 15 mins to figure out the new bill. Actually I noticed later that there were other items that I forgot to point out (things I did not use/buy), but had to leave to catch the train to Krakow. Another rip-off is the cost of internet. It costs around 25 euros for 24 hours internet. Almost one third of the price of the room! They should just stop ripping-off people....

The hotel was absolutely first class in all respects and for travellers from the uk represented excellent value for money. We only ate once in the Bristol Cafe which was lovely and ate out the rest of the time as restaurants locally are very good value. The hotel was very well situated in the old town area and am glad we did not pick a hotel in the newer part of the city as from what we could see the Bristol was the best place in Warsaw to stay.

Beautifuly designed 5 star hotel located in the old town right next to presidential palace, which is the most beautiful part of Warsaw. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price in the center of Warsaw.

A perfect hotel if they didnt try to trick you into things. 1) if you sign in, you have to tick the boxes to "not receive advertisment" but you should not tick the last one as its reverse logic "receive xxx"! That's done on purpose, is it worth doing? 2) 10 Euros for sweets from minibar that costs 40 cent on the street. So now you made 10 euros but i will be forever agree, is it worth it? 3) they offered use of hotel taxi, but only when i asked did they say it was much more expensive. is it worth doing?

Overall an amazing experience. Very friendly and professional staff. Room standard very high. Excellent location in a heart of Warsaw. The most amazing however is a hotel history. I will definitely go back there in the future.
