Location is great, 5 min walk to Castle Square, 5 min walk to Nowy Swiat and public bus will take you in most spots of interest/buisiness areas in Warsaw.Airport and bus/train station too (stop across the road). Hotel its self makes for a comfortable stay. I booked a single, got room 721 and it was fine for a solo person.Maybe would feel a bit small for two. I had a quick back massage and it was pretty good too. On my opinion,5* hotel= attention to detail. This hotel lacked somehow. Check in was fast but as a first timer I'd like to receive some information on where is what, services and facilities.Sleepers provided on request, not readily available in the room. Aften my room was cleaned, bath matt was taken but not replaced. I noticed some left overs from toothpaste in the sink, and dried water drops in bath tub sink,so cleaning not to perfection... Wi-Fi freely available only in public areas and slow at times.Rediculously expensive internet in the room, through cable line only. I got quite a bargain rate through booking.com, so can't complain for my stay,it was good value for money. On 5* rates, it would be so and so though!

Location absolutely tops for a city trip. Beautiful building. The spa and staff there very nice. Frankly not all you'd expect for a five star luxury hotel. For instance only one bathrobe (we were two) and no slippers. The room was very small (though a superior room) - and said to have a view of the Presidential palace. That was stretching it somewhat - If I stood on my toes I could see the rooftop of the palace! Bathwater cold and not possible to fill the tub unless leaving the shower on while in it. Breakfast ridicilously expensive not least taking into account all the excellent - and cheap - cafés nearby. Internet not included (actually very expensive) - as you would expect at a five star hotel.

To date, this has been my best Hotel experience in 30 years of world travel. Excellent old world charm, comfort and style, personable friendly staff in a very central location. It was a birthday weekend treat with my daughter and they made sure it was a highly memorable experience. Cannot recommend it enough. It truly gave a sense of stepping back through history. I would have appreciated coffee/tea making facilties in the room instead of calling for room service, which by the way was quick and efficient. Everything else was just perfect! We requested and got a tour of the special Suite on the second floor.

Friendlines of the staff I did not like the bathroom for the following reasons: Mould, lack of grout in some areas of the bathroom, leaking plumbing, standing water on the floor, very old shower head, unpainted ceiling after leak from above. I also did not like having to turn on the entrance light to turn on bed lamps. In general, the impression was that of cheap and unfinished renovations.

The location is absolutely central, 5 min to stare miasto and 15 walking minutes from the new center. For those concentrated on the room facilities I would recommend it as being comfortable, cosy. We would rate it with a good general mark, we do not regret our stay at the Le Meridien Bristol. I would not consider it a high-end luxury hotel, but it is comfortable, the staff is friendly. The interior is quite marketed, maybe more art nouveau elements would bring reality more close to marketing. The style is indefinte at the reception which is definitely in need of rennovation/rebranding. The bathroom was a bit "cold" because of the light grey marmor (a taste matter however).

Lovely old building. Public toilets a rather let down in a luxury hotel - had same door knobs as in street toilets. Ordered continental breakfast, and only drinks came, as you had to order the basket of breads seperately which I found very strange. Great location though.

Beautiful hotel of ArtDeco style, the only hotel of the period; great location for visiting Warsaw; spacious rooms in classical style. Comfortable walking distance to the major points of interest, like Warsaw Old Town, Warsaw Castle, down Nowy Swiat street towards Lazienki Park. Defenitely I would love to return. I hoped that barman would be able to prepare all the drinks which are offered in the card. I was surprised when at 10.30 pm my wife was not able to order warm chocolate...but this a minor point, probably it is better for your dietary regime; some cocktails in the card were not available as well(some rare recipies)......otherwise the bar was great!

The location is magnificent, the rooms are really nice and old-fashion, the bed was great. The Column Bar is a outstanding and peaceful place to relax after a walk in town. The breakfast has a great range of products. It would love to come back. The nice young and friendly waitresses still have to improve their teamwork. One ask you what you want to drink and then no one serves you. One time the plates were not clean, by mistake one had put the wrong stack at the buffet. The champagne was empty. All minor mistake that shouldn't be allowed at a high-end hotel. As soon as you remind them they act and apologize

It is part of Warsaw's history. Very good located for sightseeing (most of the places reachable walking). Close to city center by taxi (5-10 min). The free Internet in the lobby is very slow whereas the high-speed Internet (available in the room) is very expensive. The good side is that they have a business center with free Internet in case you don't have a computer.

Central. Feels small & personal. Efficient. Good breakfast. Quiet.Friendly staff Very small & old towels in bathroom, much more motel than classy European hotel. Internet charges, why? Should be Included, as a principle. I was asked to pay extra to get my room cleaned earlier. Absolutely unacceptable.

This superb hotel retains an atmosphere of traditional grandeur and is in an excellent location in Warsaw, very convenient for the Old Town. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby within easy walking distance. We were a group of three couples and were allocated superior rooms on the same floor, all agreed the rooms were refined, spacious, comfortable and of a high standard. Hotel staff were always charming and helpful which made the stay at The Bristol very enjoyable. We secured a good deal by booking online which unfortunately didn't include breakfast, as the supplementary cost was expensive we chose to eat breakfast at a nearby patisserie. The only other minor irritant, not the fault of the Hotel, was a bar on the opposite side of the road that stayed open all night, this resulted in occasional street noise in the early hours which was audible in the room despite double glazing and heavy curtains.

A famous Warsaw hotel built 1898-1902 now renovated as part of Le Meridien (Starwood), obviously with a desire to showcase great service. Concierge arranged to have a shop open early, since I was checking out and wanted to buy an item in the window. Housekeeping found an earring I had lost. It is very hard to drive or park in that area, but the 175 bus from the airport stops right in front of the Bristol. Warsaw has dedicated lanes for buses. Some of the service is a little rough around the edges, but staff adapted (with a smile) to my needs and wishes, once I pointed out what they should do. A manager told me that it has been difficult sometimes to get staff, because they have only been open 3 years, and when the hotel was run by Orbis, high-level service was not a goal.

The hotel is a historic landmark and offers a great, authentic atmosphere of the first half of the 20th century on both the inside and the outside. My room was exceptionally comfortable regarding its layout as well as its its furnishings. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Some parts of the interior (e.g. the shower, the mattress) could use an overhaul. On the other hand, these aspects actually increase the feeling of authenticity.
