ロケーションは抜群でした。夏期間の特別料金で宿泊できましたので、大変、満足でした。いつかまた、ワルシャワを訪れる機会がありましたら利用したいと思います。 |

とにかく素晴らしいです。とにかくスタッフのホスピタリティが最高！また、Barのバーテンダーの腕前は、超一流。しかも、他の欧州に比べて安い！B1Fのフィットネスも良い。そこのマッサージの腕前も秀逸。ロケーションは、旧市街側で最高。ここが予約出来るなら、絶対ここです！尚、Internet有料の情報でしたが、ビジネスセンターでは無料。さらに、朝飯も別途有料の筈でしたが、ちゃんと料金に含まれてました。超お得です！朝飯は、一見、お茶の種類が少なく見えますが、頼めば、どんなハーブティーでもティーバッグで無い、本格的なものでも持ってきてもらえます。ゆで卵も、レアが欲しければ、作って、持ってきてくれます！ |

スタッフはとても親切で、いつも笑顔で気持ちよく対応してくれた。某Ｍホテルとはぜんぜん違う！今まで宿泊したホテルの中でも最も快適だったと思う。 部屋の電話のメッセージ記録に不具合があり、きちんと作動せず、大事なメッセージを聞くことができなかった。ソフト（スタッフの対応）は抜群だが、ハード面では課題はあるホテルだとおもう。 |

The location was ideal and the Hotel lived up to it's reputation It would have been more acceptable if the package included Breakfast on all days . It seemed so petty to charge for some days and not others.As there were two of us occupying the room we had to ask on two occasions for double the amount of Towels . |

It truly is the hotel for kings and presidents. Beautiful, full of history and located in the best spot in Warsaw. The level of service typical of Le Meridien - 5 out of 5 stars.... |
