My stay was very comfortable, the environment was quiet and the staff helpful. My stay was very short and I really got what I needed. I don't think there was anything special. |

Located on a main street the rooms are absolutely quiet as the hotel is in a courtyard. Rooms are nicely decorated, superior to international 3 star standard. Central railway station and city center are both in reasonable walking distance. |

Well located close to both the main railway station (where the airport bus goes from) and city centre. Friendly staff and good food at breakfast. The in room entertainment was poor, the TV only seemed to have 5 channels and did not have any news channels such as Sky or BBC. I feel is poor for a 3 star hotel. |

Location and price. I got a good price by advance booking through Booking.com My room was nice but the bed was in a wierd position because of the size and shape of the room otherwise it was excellent |

It was quiet and clean and reasonably comfortable. Well situated. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. I would return The metal framed beds. |

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and courteous. The traditional polish breakfast each morning was also delicious and very well presented. About 10 min walk to rynek. If travelling with large baggage there is no lift at this hotel. May be a problem for older guests. Some twin rooms are quite small, however we moved to a larger twin room which was much better. |

Nice rooms. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. Hotel is about 10 min walk from Ryneck. Only room for about 6 cars at the car parking. |

Location Staff pleasant but didn't follow through, no English speaking TV so had to read but not enough light to read and didn't get lamp even after asking 4 times, unbearably hot even with window open in early spring so could'y sleep, breakfast meats dried up (probably from heat) and food re-served next day, no lift so had to carry bags up 3 floors (would have been OK if that was the only problem), creaky... |

Hotel bardzo przyjazny, przytulny, z dobrą atmosferą i pysznym śniadaniem. Mimo że hotel znajduje się w samym centrum to nie jest od ulicy, więc można się spokojnie wyspać. Parking wliczony w cenę pokoju (trzeba do niego jednak kawałek dojść (ale w centrum to normalka). Super alternatywa dla tych, którzy nie lubią hoteli - molochów i sieciówek. 10 minut na piechotę do piękniej Starówki. Po kilku dniach od rezerwacji hotel zablokował mi na koncie kwotę za pierwszą noc - mimo że na stronie jest informacja, że opłata z karty nie zostanie pobrana. Brak profesjonalizmu - ponieważ nie spodziwałam się, że kwota zostanie pobrana, nie wiedziałam, dlaczego zniknęło mi z konta kilkaset złotych. Pieniądze zostały zwrócone po zapłacie w hotelu gotówką, ale na przyszłość proszę informwać klienta, że kwota zostanie/ może zostać zablokowana, gdyż zostałam po prostu wprowadzona przez stronę w błąd. Używam strony booking.com od wielu lat i wcześniej nie miałam takiej sytuacji. |

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen; es verfügt über zwar kleine, aber individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Ds Bad ist sauber mit einer sehr gut funktionierenden Dusche. Ein fremdsprachiges Fernsehrprogramm (Deutsch, Englisch) wäre wünschenswert. Das Frühstücksbubbet istsehr reichhaltig. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. |

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, duży wybór dań w trakcie śniadania, bardzo miły i sprawny personel. Ogromna akustyka - bardzo cienkie ściany, doskonale słychać o czym rozmawiają sąsiedzi. Brak windy. Parking mieści zaledwie 5 aut. |
