The location was excellent as were the staff.
Unfortunately there were noisy guests in the corridors on our first night. The 2nd and 3rd nights there were loud voices for long periods of time beneath our window. On the 2nd night this was at 3am.
Very small room, small single bed even though I requested a double. No still water available in the room. Breakfast choices were very poor
The hotel is within walking distance of the main square and castle and has its own bar and restaurant serving good food from a varied menu, however only used the restaurant twice as there are nicer and better restaurants close by
The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy because of the trams which start early and the duvets are too small for the beds
Location, staff, cleanliness & food.
Tram starts very early.
Great situation for sight seeing.
The noise of the tramcars.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable cost.
Noise from the street (tram).
noisy tram line just at front of hotel, ask for rooms at back side if available
The bed was too soft
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially as I had left my iPod in the room. The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was fantastic. We had a great time and I personally would definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Krakow in the future.
Location - close to Old Town Good quality clean rooms Staff were friendly
Bar was very limited - no atmosphere.
luxury rooms,friendly stuff.
Outside space poor looking over a carpark rooms need updating in the wing where we stayed
Room in Jazz Wing (essential to avoid noise of trams). Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean.
Cramped shower room. Basin plug wouldn't hold water and wasn't fixed inspite of requests. Breakfast area very gloomy. Fruit cocktail from a tin. Duvet cover very scratchy material.
The position close to the centre and the quality of the restaurant
We got a really small and old room with a bad smelling toilette. The noise of the main street is the biggest problem, we couldn't sleep. Could be that the new rooms are better and more protected from the noise but we don't know.
- coffee at breakfast was excellent - location is great
- Booked online, pictures on Internet did not reflect real-life quality of room. - there was a lot of noise from the streetcars and other guests. Walls were paper thin. - outdated furniture and upholstery: needs upgrading
Very bad shower
Full breakfast available and Smokers welcome on outside patio
Location, location, location! Room was large with high ceilings. Bathroom was adequate, I am not a fan of steps up to showers. Breakfast lots of choice, need mugs not dainty cups for a cuppa tea in morning, but again personal choice Staff extremely helpful
Bedroom door opened out on to the staircase, was afraid I would hit someone
staff care location
the rooms are rather small the interior is a bit dated car park is tiny
The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Quite a number of good quality of choices.
Room was too small. No air condition. If you leave window open unexpected visitors. Enormous flies!
In the centre of the Old town so everything was very accessible. The hotel staff were very help full and approachable. It was also possible to book car parking prior to the visit.
If I had to choose anything it would be the mood lighting in the room. It was very pleasant at night time but annoying during the day .... needed to be brighter and I would have appreciated toiletries in the bathroom.
good location helpfull staff
little bit noisy
First of all: location. It was fabulous to be able to walk for 10 minutes and be in the central square of Krakow. The staff was very friendly, they helped us a lot with our very early departure (05:00!). Very clean and quiet place, fair breakfast and very good coffee :)
We lived at 2nd floor and the Trams were very loud especially after 10pm and after 4am in the morning. Therefore the quality of sleep suffered a bit. Anyway it was a short stay (4 nights) and we travelled a lot so we were tired enough to have a deep sleep. The connection to the Central Station (Krakow Glowny) is quite poor via public transportation but given the short distance is acceptable (20 mins walk). We had no heavy luggage so it was OK. I would recommend for short stays and lower budget than the "Jazz" rooms ;)
Central; clean; helpful staff
