Krakow is a wonderful city, lovely restaurants, wonderful buildings, so much to see and do - such friendly people.
the location of the hotel was great: nearby the old town.
in the night some noissy guests
Location was very good. Reception staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Otherwise not great facilities. But would stay again.
Lift very odd didn't go to room level. Erratic cleaning.
The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.
Excellent breakfast, good central location, clean and efficient, room rather small and bedding needs improvement
Bed linen needs improvement
We were given an upgrade when we arrived and the room was quite comfortable. The hotel is close to the Cloth Market and a short walk from the train station.
The breakfast wasn't so great, compared to other hotels we stayed at.
location, good breakfast, reasonable prices
No coffee/tea facilities. Paper work in the room states that it is complimentary but we were charged in the bar area?
Perfect location easy walk to old town, Wawel and Jewish area. Large comfy rooms. Breakfast was good with nice coffee.
Having to come home!!
Beds, Free WIFI, Location
Breakfast was ok
Well located hotel easy walking distance to the centre
The hot food served for breakfast was cold and just reheated
location, breakfast, wifi
This is the second time we have stayed here and really cannot fault the hotel. It's such good value and a really high standard, close to the beautiful Old Town. We will be back again!
Nothing to dislike
great location, 5 minutes walk from Wawel, old town market etc. Very nice room (in the "jazz: part), my kid liked the colourful lights around the bed ;)
Short distance to main turistic objectives
First they give us a very small room at 4th floor. Beside the bed there was no free spaces. Went to reception desk and ask to change the room. the second was great, positioned at 1st floor.
Staff were absolutely excellent. Location was perfect, right by the main square. Hotel was very clean.
It would seem all beds we encountered in Poland (not just at the Best Western) has quite thin mattresses. Didn't lose any sleep though, just wasn't the best bed I'd slept in.
I liked location. it is very close to the places of interest. Krakow is very beautiful during the Christmas time. the breakfast was rich
they have parking place for a car wich is quite expensive for a night. but it did not ruin our vacation here
Location was excellent for Old Town and Square, room clean and tidy if a bit small, staff helpful and friendly.Breakfast extensive with hot and cold options.
Small points, no kettle or tea and coffee in the room, fortunately I always travel with my own, no fridge.
The wifi will disconnect often. Not completely disruptive, but slightly annoying.
Super-location for visiting Tea & gas water facilities provided (even I prefer sill water) Breakfast OK and good coffee The staff was very helpful
TV channels list
- friendly staff - perfect location - private parking (even though paid extra, but much appreciated given the location)
- walls are quite thin, so one can hear too much of noise from other rooms and corridors
Good clean hotel the staff cannot help you enough
Only fault was that the rooms could be larger when booking order a large room
This hotel is in prime position for a visit to krakow old town the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful it's a lovely clean hotel and the breakfast is lovely nothing is too much trouble the staff over advice on places to visit etc we used the hotel taxi and the driver Peter or Petre in polish was as good as a tour guide he gave us such a Insight into life of the polish people now and from the past what a treasure he is to this company
Great place well worth a visit, recommend you pay a little extra on the tours for the guide i.e. Auschwitz and Shindlers factory you wont be let down.
Location very close to Old Town.Bedroom was a nice size ,and the breakfast was excellent
Preferred choice still water in the bedroom, rather than gas water.
The hotel is so clean that was the very first thing we noticed The staff was very helpful, we arrived very late and had a very early start the morning after and they prepared a packed lunch for our trip Breakfast was fair just not my cup of tea but was a warm and cold chooses which is good Its less then a 10 minute walk from the old town and there are shops just up the street
The trams are nice outside your room and start at around 6am if your a light sleeper it could be a problem and the church or castle (not sure where it was coming from) rang bells at 6am which woke me but this hasnt put me off and ill be booking here again when we go back
