Everything staff, room cleanliness
Located in the old town with plenty of small shops and dining around
Unstable internet connection in the top floor
Special mention for the reception girl. Very helpful, even make a call to answer us if we can visit a certain hotel.
The hotel was in a great spot with a lot of restaurants in the area. We loved Nova Resto Bar! It is located about 15-20 minutes walking to the Old Town and about 5-10 minutes walking to Wawel Castle. The staff can make accomodations for different tours and they even packed lunch for us the day we checked out.
Staff were very friendly Access to wifi Clean rooms and bathroom and comfy beds Tours were booked via hotel and offered a good service Excellent choice of breakfast and fresh coffee Good value for what I paid on booking.com
No tea making facilities in bedroom, although a machine was available in lobby Would have appreciated an English language news channel on the tv Room was on ground floor and onto street. We got very little sleep due to noise outside at night. We had to keep our windows shut and then were too hot Would have liked a lounge to sit and relax in.
Friendly staff Clean comfortable rooms Great location
The beds are a bit soft for my liking
It's in an interesting part of the city, really close to the Wawel castle. The rooms are confortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is rich.
The Wi-fi connection didn't work really well (at least on the third floor)
The staff was very helpful, very good location (15 min walking from the Wavel Castle and the historcal centre, 20 min frm the main railway and bus station with tram in the Jewish neighborhood) good wifi, european breakfast. Very clean. Many reataurants in the area.
Some music from the nearby pubs but nothing destorbing. It was a really nice hotel and ambient, I have nothing to comply about.
Location, price and helpful staff.
The room was a bit small but you can live with that when it is a one-night stay.
The room was was spacious, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to many sightseeings!!! Its located 15min on foot from the main square "stare miasto"!! It was defenately a good value of money!!!!! I recomment it!!!
Helpful friendly staff; clean rooms and well presented overall; good breakfast choice; within easy walking distance of most major attractions; close to restaurants and bars; would definitely use again.
Street outside can get a little noisy.
Staff very friendly also helpful ,they went out of there way to make your stay at the relaxing .
Krakow the town square and the atmosphere and the history of the place. Very emotional visit to aushwitz. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful made our weekend.
10 mins walk to old town, easy to go to Trainstation, fast wifi
Ice-cold hard boiled eggs for breakfast and it is quite loud because there are too many pubs around the hotel.
Having the hotel have drivers available to take us to the sights we wanted to go to. Close to places to eat.
Location was perfect for us as it was about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town but far enough away to avoid most of the crowds. A fan was provided in our room which was useful as the room was quite hot, particularly at night. The staff were helpful and eager to please. This hotel was good value for money.
The room was a bit dusty and there was quite a lot of street noise. Wifi was a bit hit and miss.
We had a warm welcome from the staff. The room and bathroom were excellent, clean and modern. We had a tasty selection for breakfast and plenty of it. The walk into the centre of Krakow was about 10 minutes but taxis would arrive in minutes if you needed one. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
A couple of minor points though didn't spoil our stay. We met a large party of albeit friendly Germans at breakfast and fitting us all in was a bit of a squeeze. One coffee machine was not enough for us all, a big queue and the staff were slow in topping up the ingredients.
Not far away from main tourist attractions Friendly personnel Very clean rooms
A bit noisy at the evenings, but this problem is actual for every hotel situated not far away from old town
Nice location in Krakow's old Jewish neighborhood, near the square where Krakow's best Zapiekanki are sold until late at night. WiFi free and reasonably fast.
A bit far from the station. Fitted carpets everywhere (except the toilets, thankfully) with the inevitable dusty smell.
Central to the restaurants and many bars in the Jewish quarter.
No tea/coffee facilities in room - but you could pay for them at reception. Restaurant for breakfast fills up very quickly. Facilities are limited and tired.
the staff were very helpful, managing to organise a go karting trip for our group of 7 within minutes. Also airport transfers were organised through the hotel which again were faultless.
Location, friendly staff, breakfast and price
The location Parkingplace near by and reservated
Too much sun/light in the room early in the morning
Location, breakfast, cleanness, wifi.
No real double beds in the hotel (double consists of two joined single mattresses - can be annoying if you sleep together, as they tend to go apart)
location was very nice, rooms are big and comfortable hotel staff are smiling and helpful.
breakfast was not good because full of pork products. for muslims and vegeterians it can be a nightmare.
