Hotel Rezydent  

Used the Rezydent many times and we are always pleased with the hotel and staff.

Central location

The renovations have made the rooms much smaller and the hotel has lost its original charm.It is now just a standard hotel.

The location is excellent for the central square of Krakow. Food at associated resteraunt is good quality at breakfast but the menu mis a little restrictive at night ok if you like pizzas but not many other dishes. Quality however of the output is good. Rooms could benifit from air conditioning as the temperature was mid 80's farenheit. The annex could use a lift the ladies in our party fount it hard to asscend the stairs. We asked for rooms in the main hotel initially and by later email this was not supplied.

I have no real complaints and would definately use them again.

Wifi didn't work all the time.

Hotellpersonalen gav inget intryck att vara särskilt intresserade av gästerna och hur de hade det.

Excelent hotel !!!! I recommend to everyone !!!!

Det var et dejligt hyggeligt hotel. Lå perfekt i centrum. Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt. Og dejligt at vi fik rent sengetøj og håndklæder hver dag.

At den 3. person vi mødte i repectionen svarede meget arrogant på vores spørgsmål og sådan lidt bedrevidende, som om vi var dumme. Og faktisk kom med forkerte oplysninger omkring togtiderne om søndagen fra krakow til lufthavnen. Var heldigt vi gik i god tid, da toget gik på andre tidspunkter end det han havde nævnt.

Nyrenoverat Mars 2011. Närhet till Stora Torget Rynek Glovny. Stora rum. Helt och rent. Bra service.

Vi fick betala turistskatt 1,5 pln per person och dag. !? Luktade lite mat från en restaurang I trappan.

L'albergo è ottimo per visitare la città, in quanto si trova a pochi metri dalla piazza principale. Le camere sono un po' vecchie, ma per chi non ha pretese esagerate da "SUITE" puo' andare benissimo. Colazione in stile continentale buona anche se non ricchissima.

Non ha l'ascensore, e per qualcuno salire al 4 piano con le valigie puo' essere un problema, inoltre le camere sul lato della strada principale di Cracovia sono un po' rumorose in quanto non bene insonorizzate, e quindi sentire la musica e il baccano che arriva dalla gente in giro, dopo un giorno o due ci si fa comunque l'abitudine
