A good central hotel. Close to the main square.

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Bathroom was amazing. Location right in the heart of the old city was ideal.

Excellent Location, at the very heart of Krakow. 20Min walking distance from main train and bus station. Almost on Rynek Glowny, on Grodzka street with everything, 10min to Wawel Castle, 20min from Kazimierz. Very Good buffet breakfast on the Marmolade restaurant just next to the hotel. Free Wifi in all rooms but sometimes failed. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good security at the second part of the hotel where we were, is like having a studio beside the Marmolade restaurant. But I cannot forget the uncomfortable twin bed with each mattress in a wood square.

Decent room but the worst bed ever, two twins in a wood square very uncomfortable, mattress almost ok but very ugly bed globally. So for young couples not ideal at all. We were in a room at the 3rd floor with no lift as it wasn't at the main part of the hotel where there is a lift and maybe better beds. Dont forget to close the doble windows of your bedroom when outside or going to bed because of the noise of the lively street and the smell of kebab just a few meters away, but it can be ok. Globally I recommended it but with a better bed, because of the excellent location, wifi and breakfast.

stayed here before and would rather the old part. very good location. spotless clean and would stay again.

Very disappointed. Booked a superior room and paid extra to have a double bed. Got two singles pushed together. No double bedding as well. Told by very rude receptionist that is a standard procedure at the hotel. Think the management should pay more attention to the staff issues as their income/bookings might drop down for next year. I would definitely do not recommend the place as there are plenty of them out there. Both cheaper and better standard.

Wifi didn't work all the time.

Dobre śniadanie w restauracji Marmolada

W pierwszym pokoju z sufitu w łazience farba odpadała płatami. Po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji przeproszono mnie i zmieniono pokój na podwyższony standard. Pokój bardzo elegancko wyposażony, niestety ślepy, z oknem na korytarz i z fatalną wentylacją. Pod pokojem jest restauracja, Chłopskie Jadło i w pokoju unosi się zapach smażonego oleju i jest duszno. Nie da się wywietrzyć bo nie ma okna. Z korytarza do pokoju wszystko widać. Chyba, że zasłonisz zasłonę, ale wtedy jest ciemno. Do tego w korytarzu co chwile zapala się światło z fotokomórki. Automaty samozamykające w drzwiach na korytarz i klatkę są źle wyregulowane i drzwi trzaskają. Miało być wi-fi w każdym pokoju, ale nie było. Kiepska akustyka, wszystko słychać z sąsiedniego pokoju.

Det var et dejligt hyggeligt hotel. Lå perfekt i centrum. Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt. Og dejligt at vi fik rent sengetøj og håndklæder hver dag.

At den 3. person vi mødte i repectionen svarede meget arrogant på vores spørgsmål og sådan lidt bedrevidende, som om vi var dumme. Og faktisk kom med forkerte oplysninger omkring togtiderne om søndagen fra krakow til lufthavnen. Var heldigt vi gik i god tid, da toget gik på andre tidspunkter end det han havde nævnt.
