Its great location next to the main square, Rynek Glowny. Everything from checking in onwards went smoothly. |

The room was quiet even if the location is exactly in the center of the town One of the receptionists was really irritating (although all other employees were very kind); restaurant in a separate building (20 m away from hotel entrance) |

Very pleased to be given a suite with no extra charge; appreciated a living room for the cold evenings. There was television but no access to BBC worldwide. Very unusual not to have this. \also no means of buying a drink within the hotel. |

Likte nærheten til sentrum, og at det var veldig rent på rommet selv om dt var "gammelt". Vi bestilte suite, og betalte dobbel pris sammnlignet med våre venner som hadde vanlig rom. Dette var en stor skuffelse.. Absolutt ikke valuta for pengene. Vi fikk bare et "oppholdsrom" ekstra, knøttlite bad, og lang vei og mange trapper før vi kom til rommet. Betjeningen var ikke spesielt imøtekommende og høflige. |

Hotel situé au centre ville (ulucia groska) J'ai reçu une chambre donnant sur l'avant de l'hotel. Impossible de dormir avant 5 am. Le personnel n'est plus si acceuillant qu'auparavant.Pas de parking: si vous avez la chance de trouvvez une place à 800m de l'hotel il vous reste encore à porter vos bagages jusqu'a celui-ci la rue étant interdite à la circulation. |

Veldig bra beliggenhet. Store rom, vennlig og hjelpsom betjening, grei frokost, fine bad, rolig. Områder som bør forbedres på lengre sikt: Inngangsparti og resepsjon er lite innbydende så hotellet ser ikke så fristende ut i det som er ansiktet utad. Burde og vært et lite oppholdsrom for gjester. Slitt trapp opp i etasjene. Litt lyserer, gladere farger på rommene? |

Keurig nette bediening en goede service en middenin het centrum van Krakau. Alles op loopafstand. Heerlijk! In de zomer is het er behoorlijk rumoerig 's avonds en 's nachts. Maar dat weet je als je in het centrum van een grote stad overnacht. Wij sliepen in een soort dependence. Wel elke keer drie trappen omhoog en geen lift. |
