Perfect location, inexpensive, lovely staff, very quiet room. Couldnt fault it!
60 steps to room no lift for 2 couples aged 68 & 70 on first visit. Second visit better with lift.
Lovely hotel, perfect location on the main square. Big breakfast in the restaurant next door. We all loved our stay here.
Only negative thing was that our rooms were on the heighest floor and there was no lift in our building. I was six months pregnant at the time and it definitely was a challenge to climb all the way up. Hotel was fully booked though, so we couldn't change our room. I must say though, that the the positive side of staying on the higher floor was that there was no noise of people coming back to their rooms late at night and we got a really good sleep.
Had a problem with 60 stairs aarrg! At age 68 it was difficult to manage, and slippy walkway also the stair lighting did not come on so it was very dangerous. I had booked early enough so i expected the staff to program a lift access. But we coped but uncumfortably!
No lift room for age 68 guests?
Location was excellent, stuff nice and helpful.Room nice and clean.
I didn't like the breakfast
Modern rooms and excellent location.
No lift - could be a bit noisy at night
Staff helpful and approachable. 24 hr service. Good location. Price, Good breakfast included.
It could be noisy at times outside but that is what you get when you book in such a central location.
everything!!! staff were lovely, helpful and friendly!! as i had my own room i didnt get charged a huge single supplement !!!
i was on the second floor facing main street and found it hard to sleep with the street noise, but im a light sleeper anyway so im used to not getting good sleep when im away.
The location was the primary value of the hotel - just in the heart of medieval Krakow, which - I need not say this - is one of the most beautiful historical cities of Europe. And the hotel itself with very professional and friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room and other things that would be difficult to mention here all of them.
Excellent central location next to the main square, helpful staff, breakfast was good with option of omelette made to order with your choice of fillings. Good restaurants nearby.
Rooms to the front were very noisy at night. Although none smoking, as a smoker even I could smell stale smoke in the corridors.
Travelling for the first time as a couple for a romantic break, we specifically chose the deluxe double room having seen the beautiful character of it online. Be advised, they only have 2 rooms like this. We were given a characterless twin room that looked more like a conference room with beds. Whilst they pushed the beds together and wrapped a sheet round them to stop them separating, we were still given single duvets. Really disappointing. Whilst the staff were polite, they seemed unable to see how twin beds pushed together with single duvets didn't quite meet expectation.
Right in the heart of the town
Club about 4 doors down , so sleep was a no no
Immediately on the main square. Has everything you need for a relaxing short break. Rooms spotless, beautiful bathrooms.
Would ask for a room at the back if you want to avoid street notice.
Everything, great place, great food, lovely people :) Would return again, lots to see.
Location, staff, airport shuttle service, breakfast, price
Lack of lift in second building and being on top floor. Pillows could do with a renewal.
Rooms were big and very clean. Staff were friendly. Access to all areas of the city is good from this hotel.
We were in a room at the front of the hotel and the noise is so bad that you cannot have the window open, also the noise is 24 hours a day so sleep was often disturbed.
The friendly and helpful, polish people
Nothing all beautiful
The location in the middle of town was excellent.
We had to argue to get the room we had paid for to my parents-in-law, which was the spacious one with high ceiling and paintings. I was under the impression that wour family was getting a similar one (which is shown on the pictures) but no, we were given a room with bedroom without window, a non-smoking room where theere had been smoking guests earlier. It was a OK, but a disappointment. They also accused us of taking/misplacing the remote, but found it in the room after checking properly, which was annoying!
Location, large clean rooms, friendly staff, would ask for room at back as there is a lot of noise from street in the front rooms
First night could not sleep because of noise throughout the night mostly from club opposite,we were moved to room at back of hotel & would advise asking for one of these
The location the quirky layout breakfast was in adjoining restaurant. The bustle and life of the area.I liked having a room at the back via quiet although no lift in that part. Staff portered luggage up and down so that was good
Difficult to say this was in heart of Old Krakow. So you are not expecting state of the art facilities but what you get is perfectly reasonable
Superb location. Right next to the city's main square . Good shower.
Ugly rooms. Dark brown plastic furniture and carpeting. Poor lighting. Bathroom equipped with soap only. Located on a very loud street. impossible to sleep with windows open even at 4 AM. Food sufficient, but poor quality. Safe did not work, and was placed on the floor , in a dark spot
Room clean and modern
No air con Or ceiling fan
Location is awesome. Good breakfast in an adjacent restaurant.
No parking, you're on your own in this issue and it can be problematic/expensive.
Very helpful staff Location was excellent -close to main square Able to book trips through reception Breakfast was good Very clean
No air conditioning
