Very good service. Friendly and careful, cheerful. Comfortable enough hotel, located just 4 or 5 km from Torun city. In case you have a dog with yourself it's a good choice to stay here. Behind the hotel there's enough free empty fields to allow your pet to run and play. It was colder than I expected inside the hotel. The heating system exists, but the radiators were cold.

Location at the highway convenient for a driver's overnight. This is a roadside motel, rather than a hotel. With all that belongs to this - noisy drunkards in the bar and rooms ubearably stinking with fresh puke.

The personel just forgot to infom us that there are 2 weedings. We were travelling 14 hours and we really needed to rest to be able to drive a whole day afterwords but it was simply not possible. The party and fireworks made it impossible. When I did small comment in the morning at reception - they simply neglected it. Additinally swimming pool is indeed only available on paper - in our case using was also not possible - first it is opened only from 13:00 (so after checking out) and then it was reserved for private use! So new guests - don't believe that you be able to swim there!!!

The staff were very helplful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you are not too concerned about luxury and are looking for somewhere decent to stay overnight while driving. The good price cought my eye. Only after making the reservation I realised that breakfast is not included.

świetne położenie - ciężko nie trafić na miejsce, miła obsługa podczas zimy temperatura w pokoju poniżej wszelkich standardów, po prostu zimno, łazienka to tragedia, wszystko sie rozlatuje, brak stabilnej temperatury i ciśnienia wody.

w hotelu przebywalismy wyłącznie wieczorami, a rzno udawaliśmy sie na zwiedzanie miasta Torunia. Wnuczkom najbardzei podobał sie basen. Wspaniałe sniadania "bufet szwedzki". Dużym mankamentem i zadrą na reputacji hotelu jest fakt, że obsługa nie mogła przez 4 godziny nocne uspokoić krewkich gości hotelowych, którzy w ramach "integracji fgirmowej" nie dali innym spać do 3 godz nad ranem.

Przyjazna obsługa, doskonała kawa, cisza i spokój Tragicznie oświetlony od zewnątrz. Pomimo doskonałej lokalizacji względem drogi w nocy prawie go nie widać. Wyraźnie widać tendencję w oszczędzaniu na oświetleniu korytarzy i przestrzeni wspólnych ale jest to robione poprzez wyłączanie opraw oświetleniowych. W korytarzach jest po prostu mroczno i ponuro. W pokojach już jest nieco lepiej. W sali restauracyjnej królują tanie, chińskie, LED'y o podłej barwie światła. To naprawdę wygląda mało profesjonalnie.

Empfangspersonal freundlich und bemüht, das hauseigene kleine Schwimmbecken, Whirlpool und Sauna können kostenlos benutzt werden Lage: direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße samt mechanisch pingelndem Bahnübergang und lautstark tutenden Zügen (Entfernung bis zu unserem winzigen Dachzimmerfenster: ca. 50m), Frühstückbuffett seeehr übersichtlich bis leer - frech für umgerechnet 5€, für die man sonst in Restaurants gut satt wird

Jag upplevde ett lugn och en närhet till personalens vänliga inställning till mina önskemål gällande mat etc- Allting tillmötesgicks på ett bra sätt. Kan inte finns något att "sätta fingret på"- En fungerande helhet skulle jag vilja säga.
