Very beautiful garden, my children like mini-zoo very much. Good swimming-pool. Very friendly personal. Good balance of price and quality. Railway is near the hotel and trains don't allow to sleep regularly. |

i chose to pay by credit card and was charged in zloty even tho i was quoted in euros. one of hte receptionists was very surly.luckily the rest were friendly. we were not charged what i had been quoted. we were kept awake one night by a car alarm. why not take car registraion numbers to avoid problems like this? |

Die Außenanlage hat uns gut gefallen-
Die Beleuchtung in den Fluren war nicht gut.Bei Frühstück gab es nur Kaffee zum auflösen und der Frühstücksraum war nicht gemütlich. |

dobre sniadanie nie dostalem pokoju od lasu mimo ze prosilem o to przy rezerwacji. W prysznicu byl slaby splyw i woda szybko sie zbierala w brodzik. W pokoju byly 2 osobne lozka roznej wysokosci a nie jedno. |

Indoorpool vorhanden insgesamt war das Hotel sehr dunkel, aus Gründen der Sparsamkeit waren viele Lampen ausgedreht, im Restaurant war es so dunkel, das man die Speisekarte nicht lesen konnte, keinerlei Informationen über die Umgebung z.B. die Stadt Torun (Weltkulturerbe) |

Das liebevoll gestaltete Außengelände war sehr schön, aber auch die einzelnen Gasträume. Ja leider, die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig, auch die Zimmermädchen ließen sich nicht einmal blicken und der Lärm der regelmäßig vorbeifahrenden Züge und der starken Verkehr waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ungewöhnlich empfanden wir, dass beim einchecken sofort bezahlt werden musste, alle weiteren Dienstleistungen im Hotel wurden immer gleich bar abkassiert. |

weranda z naturanlymi roślinami - przyjemne miejsce na posilki halas w pokoju (wentylacja ?), brak stolu, biorka czy blatu gdzie mozna by usiasc z laptopem - przy dluzszym pobycie sluzbowym moglo by to byc dokuczliwe |

Het hotel was als gebouw niet verkeerd.Mooi zwembad maar in verband met huwelijksfeest gewoon gesloten(het zwembad was in hoofdzaak de reden om dit hotel te boeken) Het personeel(zeer onvriendelijk,onbeschoft),het personeel eet met vingers uit ontbijtbuffet in bijzijn van gasten,geen belangstelling voor de gast.Wij zijn geen veeleisende gasten,maar dit was zelfs ons nog te onbeschoft.Heel slecht ontbijtbuffet(zeer klein keuze,pot oploskoffie,gast moet zelf suiker zoeken,geen personeel te zien).Dat was voor ons de reden om terugreis ter plaatse te annuleren. |

Locatie tov Tacun goed; tuin heel knap; restauratie s'avonds (als er geen feest was!) heel goed; personeel heel vriendelijk Raar, maar ik moest betalen bij het inchecken, Alleen maar oploskoffie bij het ontbijt; Twee nachten was er een feest zodat het slapen verstoord werd. |

Zwembad en sauna waren erg prettig, met name het personeel bij het zwembad was zeer vriendelijk. Kleinigheid, maar jammer dat de kamer tussendoor niet werd schoongemaakt. |

Zimmer ok Arrogante Mitarbeiterin am Empfang, die sich zuerst außerstande sah, mir ein anderes Kissen zu verschaffen (das vorhandene war so dünn, dass es unmöglich zu verwenden war; Antwort: Sie hätten keine anderen. Daraufhin bat ich um ein zweites Kissen, nach einer Stunde bekam ich es tatsächlich. Außerdem: Es ist nicht üblich, dass direkt nach dem Einchecken kassiert wird! |
