Location in the Jewish quarters. Good restaurant. Free internet in the room Heating was not working well. A bit far from the old town (20-25 minutes walk). The internet cable was very short and had to place the computer on the floor. |

The closeness of the square, the Jewish quarters and restaurants/bars etc. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel was modern, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was something else! |

The highest value for an incredible low price. It's clean, comfortable, renewed with good taste about 3 years ago. The rooms are really impressive, one is the best small hotel, where I ever had been. |

Excellent Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are really good and represent very good value for money. The restaurant is also worth trying, exceptional food for a very reasonable price. |

Staff was very helpful, we had to leave before breakfast started to catch a plane and they packed us a huge bag of food each and had it ready when we checked out at 6am. Dinner in the hotel was fantastic and the hotel room was really nice. It was a little far from the center of town and the train station, about a 20 min walk. But a taxi to the train station was only $8. |

The room was quite large, quiet, and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was terrific - great cold selection as well a hot breakfast made to order. Free parking was right out front. We would have liked wireless in the room. There is one wired connection, but we have two laptops. |

So enjoyed my stay in Krakow. The Rubinstein Hotel was located in a perfect and picturesque spot, convenient to a bus stop for tour pick-ups, and within 20 minutes walking to the town square. The staff was excellent--very nice as well as accommodating. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others. One night I decided to find the sauna/jacuzzi as indicated on the hotels web page as well as within the elevator. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it. Everything on the 5th floor was locked except for an unattended exercise room. I did manage to ride the one bike for 30 minutes. |

The hotel has been superbly refurbished and is in a most interesting part of Krakow. Food and service were excellent. Only that next door there is a club that plays loud bass music until the early hours. this occured only on one night and was no real hinderence, however in the main season it could, I suspect, be every night! |

A very friendly and comfortable hotel in a nice historical location near bars and resturants. Served a quality breakfast. Room was nice with a funky modern en-suite. The whole building was recently renovated with interesting before and after pictures on the walls! Would stay again. The free Wi-fi did not work in room but there was a cable connection for laptops. No good if you have an iphone!! The Jacuzzi did not seem to be in use, water was murky and cold. There was also a nasty drain smell in the spa room. |

This is our second stay here, the rooms were excellent and as requested. The Helena Rubenstein Room which we booked for my son & partner has an excellent view of the square and synagogue. Reception staff were extremely helpful, particularly with tracing and expediting our delayed airline baggage and advising us where to buy essentials in the interim. Booking excursions through reception was hassle free and informative. Weather was great, al-fresco dining outside was high standard and so relaxing. Hotel is centrally placed, quiet at night and only a short walking distance for both jewish district and old town. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning. Maybe consider more fish courses on dinner menu. |

Large, well equiped and furnished room, very good bath room, extremely good breakfast, nice staff, good location Extremely poor lighting in the room (no lighting from the ceiling). When we used the closet we had to use the light from the bath room to see what we were doing. The safe was situated at the floor level in a corner of the room. It worked for us (61/54 years) with some bad language, but if we had been 70+ we could probably not have used it. |
